Decent but not what I was hoping for

Always a gamble with a lucky box, was hoping for the over ear headphones with the highest percentage chance but got the P31i buds which are smart but not needed

Mint i got the q20i headphones fantastic

Disappointed. You assume a box would mean more than one thing. Otherwise it's just a mystery item. I got some headphones with no real discount. Felt like a sucker.

Misleading - received Q11 which weren’t even advertised

Like a lot of other reviews I also received the Q11i headphones. Son opened the box and felt disappointed . They were not listed as one of the products you could receive in the mystery box. Non noise cancelling, they seem a cheaper product than the others listed. Again that would be fine if it was listed as a possibility in the advertising but it was not. Maybe Soundcore is hoping most people don't bother sending them back.
