As a product they are good however currently the company offers no replacement service if you misplace one of the aeroclips.

I wrote a review, knocking the aero clips, because the volume was not working. It turns out it was my device that was faulty. I tried the aero clips on a different device after following guidance from customer support. The aero clips were as good as they were when I purchased them. I am delighted with these, and happy that it is my device that was rubbish, not the aero clips.
I regret the previous review. I thought I had tested them out on my other devices, but apparently not. I do recommend these, for many reasons.

I purchased these when I first read about them. I have owned a few Soundcore products- they are always very impressive to start, but always have irritating issues- usually muting themselves and going silent after a few months.

I hoped these would be different.

Unfortunately not.

Having enjoyed light use of them for a few months, they are now following the all too familiar pattern of all soundcore products that I have owned; I cannot hold a conversation or listen to music in anywhere but the quietest location. Even that is a struggle to hear. One side stops working entirely, and the other is so quiet....I probably will not buy more soundcore products. I have tried enough to know it is a pattern rather than a one off.

Delighted with these. I have tried several other styles which didn't suit. I am not a music buff so the quality of the sound does not interest me. I just want to be able to listen to podcasts while doing mundane work and to take calls. As a cook with so much noise in the kitchen listening to the radio just didn't work. I also love the look of them. Not exactly like earrings but close enough. The flexibility of the "arm" is also key. The rigid types of sound core earbuds were fine to start with but became really uncomfortable after a short period of time. I can wear these all day without noticing them.
