I purchased the P3 charging case as i really liked the Soundcore P3 earpods and wasn't willing to trade them for any other earpods at that time, due to their base, noise cancellation amongst other good features. Unfortunately the case could not charge my earpods . I took some days before contacting Anker as i had hope that they would work, unfortunately they didnt. I reached out to Anker team and they responded swiftly and with concern, giving tips for trouble shooting and trying to understand the problem, unfortunately it all didnt work , they Refunded all my money without a lot of hustle. I would recommend them.
