Why is there no sleep data?

How sleep detection works: The earbuds judge whether the user has fallen asleep by their movements. If within half an hour, the user barely moves, the earbuds determine that they have fallen asleep and begins generating sleep data. If they turn over frequently or make big head movements while sleeping, it may cause the earbuds to misjudge that they are still awake, so no sleep data will be recorded. 1. The latest sleep data needs to be updated by connecting the earbuds and syncing them to the soundcore app. 2. You don't need to open the soundcore app every time you go to bed to sync data. 3. You'll need to connect your earbuds to the soundcore app on a regular weekly basis to sync your data.

The sleep reminder doesn't work after I open it. What should I do?

Perfect for Sleep, but Patchy BT Connection

These Anker buds though are fantastic. I can wear them all night with no significant pressure in my ears. I've only had 1 bud fall out once, so no issues with losing them in the night.I can choose to use these with BT from my phone, or I can customise a 'soundscape' and send it to the buds to use rather than using BT. There is a wide variety of sounds available, and I can store up to 3 (I believe) different soundscapes on the buds, but these must be customised and uploaded from the mobile app. No big deal though.The mobile app is easy to use, and it is easy to customise new sounds. The app can also track sleep, although this is no where near accurate in terms of sleep stages, but it is interesting to see how much time I spend sleeping on my left- versus right-side (60% vs 40%).I've tried using BT a few times, but I've had a lot of problems with the sound cutting out from 1 bud (usually the left one) for 4-5 seconds, coming back for another 4-5 seconds, and then losing the sound in both buds for another 4-5 seconds...this happens far too frequently throughout the night, and is the cause of the 4* review rather than 5*. The phone is less than 1m from me so it isn't a BT distance problem. This is distracting enough to prevent me from sleeping. I've not sent these back though as other than this BT problem I love these buds and use them EVERY night with the 'sleep mode' sounds rather than BT. Somewhat on the expensive side, but this is money well spent in my experience.

Very happy with these after 6 months

I have come from 2 previous sets of Bose sleep buds. In my opinion these do the job of sound masking just as well. I use them everynight, all night. They are good fit and comfortable. App is easy to use and sounds are great for me. Very happy with my purchase.
