Had these for two years. After a year the leatherette ear cups split from the plastic that holds them to the rest of the headphones. Managed to source some replacements and, for another year, all has been well. However, like many others have discovered they break in a very particular way - the hinged section that allows you to fold up the ear cups *WILL* break - it will crack, you will lose the holding pin that is the hinge for the ear cup and eventually the whole lower half will break away.
Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) does not work when the cord (AUX cable) is plugged in! So if you’re flying and want to watch movies - noise cancelling does not work. Don’t bother with these. Better options out there.

Bought 3 items.
1 turned up as should.
The other 2 weren't even packaged.
Just a delivery label slapped on them.
Even the seals were tampered with and now customer services arent responding.
If this is the sort of service a big company provides, id suggest you dont lead into the hype and shop other brands.
The head phones work well and I am very pleased with their performance BUT unfortunately the ear pads have split and there is no padding so they are uncomfortable to wear. If you could supply me with new padding I would be extremely grateful.
