Motion+ | Portable Speaker with Intense Bass

I ordered a "Loud Bluetooth Speaker - Oraolo Upgrade" on sale and returned it due to the very poor sound quality.I replaced it with this unit and have been very pleased. For the size of the unit, it produces an amazing amount of bass (and I use it with the bass-boost turned off) with a nice clear neutral-sounding midrange and crisp but not overly bright highs.I used the Soundcore app to create a shallow "Fletcher Munsen equal loudness" type of curve and got exactly the sound balance I was looking for ... the one I'm used to when listening with high-quality speakers or headphones.My application is mainly for use in my garage/workshop, so I don't need a lot of power. At about half volume, this fills my 9'-ceiling 4-car garage with plenty of clean/clear sound. Pretty amazing for such a small unit (though it does have some quality-indicating "heft" to it).Although it's not an inexpensive unit, if you want clean sound, I can definitely recommend this unit.

I am a bus driver and there is a lot of rattles and random sounds while you roll but this speaker is powerful enough to listen to podcasts and audiobooks with all this noise the sound quality for a 100$ (with a discount) speaker it is awesome crisp sound and you can modify and manage your sound quality for what you listen with the soundcore app that is easy to configure and use.

I needed a new speaker for my office and I did an intensive search through a variety of websites, blogs, and videos before seeing a pretty clear consensus that this is a great speaker…if you get the right EQ settings. A quick search will find you some good ones, but you basically need to boost the low end using the Soundcore app, and then raise the high end steadily as well. After that, the audio is fantastic, especially at mid to higher volumes.

This is not my 1st bluetooth speaker (I've purchased quite a few in the last 4 years).I read a lot of reviews before making up my mind. Some people are totally happy, some are so disappointed by the sound. How can this be? When I got the Motion+ out of the box, I connected it right away, and I must say I didn't like the sound so much. After going through the App, and the equalizer in there, THEN my sound was fabulous! Lots of Bass, garanteed! The full spectrum was perfect to me, with clear and crisp treble. Of course, I'm talking about the sound with the speaker on a table, right in front of me. Bluetooth version 5.0 seems to work fine to me - so far.Cons: the buttons on top are invisible.It's advertised as shooting out 30 watts, but I'd say it's more like 10 watts, at most!However, I can play it at 80% volume and it's quite loud enough.All the positive reviews are NOT exaggerated - the negative ones probably are.This speaker is an old model, but it still performs flawlessly.It's now on top of my list. Highly recommended, without hesitation.
