Great sound for the price

Earcups will fall apart

The headphone sound and fit are good quality for the price. Unfortunately, the foam earcups will delaminate at the seam with light use and will render them un useable when the foam falls out. They won't be warrantied. I meticulously sewed and glued them back together but it took hours and wasn't worth my time in the end. I'd recommend buying Bose or other reputable brand and spend the extra money for some longevity. It's unfortunate that you'll likely throw out a perfectly good pair of headphones after little use. Let's not keep adding to the pile of junk in our landfills because of a scam of a business model. I'd recommend buying elsewhere. If they held together, I would have highly recommended them.

Best Customer Service, Impressive Quality and Performance

Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced! My latest purchase was a pair of the Life Q30 Active Noise Cancelling Headphones, which I use for hours, every day. These headphones are genuinely impressive, especially in this price range: Excellent ANC, well-fitting, comfortable, long-lasting battery life, and incredible sound quality. I've owned one other pair, which held up to continuous use for over 4 years, which is why I went back to Soundcore when the time came to replace them. I have only two minor caveats: (1) The USB cord is very short; (2) My old headphones also had a convenient feature whereby they would announce the battery level whenever I turned them on - 'battery level is high' or 'medium' or 'low' - which was helpful, because I sometimes lose track of when I last charged them. Overall, I'll say 4.8 stars, and they have a loyal customer in me!

Great value

I’m very impressed with these. They are comfortable, the battery lasts a long time (even after 1.5 years of use), and the noise cancelling is great.
I have used these on long flights and in noisy crew rooms on ship.
My only complaint is that the ear pads fell apart without warning pretty quickly at the 1.5 year mark. They were fine and then suddenly the seams all started to fail. Fortunately there are replacements for sale.

Insane for the price

I had these headphones for almost 3 years and I’ve abused these things and they stood the test of time sound quality is great and noise canceling is actually crazy only after 3 years of constant abuse have they had a small crack near the ear cuff on the arm and I lost the case so I wasn’t using it
