soundcore V40i | Comfortable Fit and Clear Sound, Lidless Case

bought the mystery box and this was in it, would not have been bad except it was on sale cheaper than the mystery box. the rules of the mystery bo9x game was nothing would be included that was cheaper than the box. After too many CSR that did not read or understand the mystery box I was given a very poor offer / discount that did not equal the sale price of the item, for example the mystery box was $ 69.99 and this was included which was on sale on the site for $ 59.99, not good that I had about 6-7 emails only to get a 20% discount on what I should not have received........ clearly not as advertised, nor trying to make it right as I was told to get the 20% I would need to buy another mystery box...... no surprise they did it again, with same results chasing to get it right and in the end took another 20% discount, just so wrong 2 times and no effort to make it right by shipping me a proper mystery box.....

Coming from V30i, I honestly can't tell the sound difference.Since both are open ear, you are comparing both meh level of sound quality, no point diving too deep in there.Battery life, I've never ran into issues with this, nor do I tend to ever use these things till it's dead.Design is where this shines over the V30i.First off, I love how this is much more compact than the V30i case, I can fit this in my smaller bag and not take up space.I have no problem with the "open" case, but I could see this collecting more dust if your bag is dirty.I have not encountered issues of it falling off the case, so the magnets are doing its job.The adjustable ear piece design is also nice, lets me adjust the angle it's pointing in my ear.I don't have trouble putting the piece back in the case after the adjustment, as you can one hand put the ear piece back in the right position and pop in the case.The touch control is also similar to V30i, no issues with it.

First time use of outer earbuds. Overall very impressed. These are loud, comfortable and easy to use. App allows you to change the sound and touch button features which is awesome. Stay firmly in place while running. The style is also very attractive. You should buy these if you want to try buds that don’t plug your ears and block out the outside world.
