soundcore AeroClip Left and Right Earbuds

Misleading listing. No charging case included and no way to buy a compatible one, making the earphones unusable. I was eventually refunded, but only after going around in circles with customer support through many avoidable emails. A frustrating experience for a basic issue. Avoid this product and this company - not worth the hassle.

Highly recommend not buying this product. The Earbuds come without a case, and it is not clear that this is the situation when you order the Earbuds. Soundcore support seemed to be some sort of AI bot and not helpful at all.
