Q20i | Hybrid Active Noise Cancelling Headphones

i'm really happy with the overall quality of these headphones, the sound quality is great and very much worth the price. unfortunately these headphones have a bit too much pressure and cant be worn for very long without getting a headache/nauseated from the pressure they cause in the ears and head

Super comfy, great sound quality, and the battery last for like a week without charging.

My first issue was that I got a tinny ring on the last 3rd of each call I made when with my Q10 did not get. I could deal with this. The Huge issue is that even if I was connected to my phone, the connection would time out and every time I got a work call, I would have reconnect while answering. My head set, when not in use is on a little hook under my desk and my phone is maybe 1'-2' away. My previous soundcore's would stay connected the whole day if I did not leave my my desk, unless the battery died. I would charge them maybe once a month if that. These ones, Q20i, I didn't even charge them once, the 2 issues above were that bad and my wife is returning them and will be looking at other brands that have a standby mode like what the Q10's page mentions at the bottom. None of the newer soundcore models mention anything about standby. The Q20i's had great potential but do not work for me with out staying connected while not in use.
