The sound does leak alot when you listen at full volume. I understand its an open earphone but still that part of the product can be worked on. Otherwise the product is great lightweight and compact and comfortable to wear.

I gave one star as I was so upset that the AI translation did not work for those purchased in Japan.
But they did it! They updated!
I just went to the dentist for which normally my Japanese wife had to come to translate. Now I can go alone, IT IS AMAZING!! I am so happy, it works so well!!
And besides the translation function, these open air buds worked so well, I forget I have them on, the charge, all the functions, fantastic. Thank You Soundcore!!
