Audio glasses are extremely convenient as they combine speakers and sunglasses/blue-light filtering glasses into one. You can use Soundcore Frames to listen to music, take calls, and more.

No, Soundcore Frames uses open-ear listening via 4 speakers (2 on each side) which are positioned in front of and behind your ears.

Soundcore Frames uses Bluetooth 5.2.

The left and right audio temples each have a capacity of 110mAh and they take about 1 hour to charge.

About 5.5 hours at 60% volume.

The charging current is about 200mA ×2 when it is in a low power state.

Soundcore Frames are IPX4 water-resistant.

The Bluetooth range is 10m / 33ft.

1. Keep Soundcore Frames in a dry environment. If they come into contact with liquid, use the "cool" setting on a hairdryer to dry them.
2. Do not immerse Soundcore Frames in water or expose them to seawater, salt water, chlorinated water, or other liquids (such as beverages).
3. Do not expose Soundcore Frames to pressurised water, high velocity water, soapy water, or extremely humid conditions (such as a steam room).
4. Do not spill any food, oil, lotion, or other abrasive substances on Soundcore Frames.
5. Clean Soundcore Frames with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use water, chemicals, or abrasive materials to clean the frames. To clean the lenses, use an alcohol free lens cleaner and a soft cloth.

Do not use water or an ultrasonic cleaner to clean Soundcore Frames. Doing so could damage the electronic components inside the glasses. Instead, use a damp cloth.

Soundcore Frames will turn on automatically when you wear them. If they do not turn on automatically, long-press both sides at the point where the audio temples curve.

There are three ways to turn off Soundcore Frames：
1. Attach the charging cable to make Soundcore Frames enter their charging state. After you unplug the charging cable they will remain turned off.
2. Soundcore Frames will automatically turn off after not being worn for 2 minutes. Ensure that the wearing detection sensors are not blocked so that they turn off automatically. When placing Soundcore Frames in the case, make sure the cleaning cloth/charging cable are not covering the sensors.
3. Open the Soundcore app, go to "Laboratory Function" and turn on the manual shutdown function. This allows you to manually turn off Soundcore Frames by long-pressing one side for 3 seconds.

1. In places with particularly loud noises, such as subways, as the noise will overwhelm the sound produced by Soundcore Frames.
2. In a particularly quiet environment, such as a library or cafe, as the sound leakage may disturb the people next to you.

We suggest going to a professional glasses shop to adjust.

The lens cleaning cloth is inside the case.

Yes, it's possible to add prescription lenses to Soundcore Frames. Soundcore does not currently provide this service so please visit an optician if you wish to add prescription lenses.

By default, you can swipe forward on either audio temple to turn up the volume or swipe backward to turn the volume down. You can download the Soundcore app and customise the touch controls if you wish.

Soundcore Frames' default touch controls do not support Siri, but you can download the Soundcore app and set a custom control to activate Siri.

Wear Soundcore Frames and make sure you are touching the correct area on the audio temples so that the touch controls are triggered. They are located on the Soundcore logo.

Wear Soundcore Frames, and long-press the logo area on both audio temples for 10 seconds until you hear the voice prompt.

1. To Pair with a New Device:
Wear Soundcore Frames, and press and hold the logo area on both audio temples for 3 seconds until you hear the voice prompt.
2. Reset the Bluetooth Connection:
Press and hold the logo area on both audio temples for 10 seconds until you hear the voice prompt.
