soundcore V20i｜Adjustable Ear Hooks

I broke my pair of bone conducting earphones and needed a new set of earphones for running. Decided to try open earphones and bought these after reading some good reviews. I'm really impressed with the sound quality, even when running next to a busy road. They're very comfortable and easy to use (I customised the touch settings to be more personally intuitive) and I like that ambient noise is still audible, because I run in a city and don't fancy getting wiped out by a bus I didn't hear coming. Once thing I find remarkable about these earphones is how well I can hear my music/audiobooks, while still being able to hear what's around me, they're much better in this regard than the bone conducting earphones I used to have - and for a similar price too! IP55 dust and waterproof is great - here in the uk it rains a lot and I'm glad I don't have to worry about them getting a little bit wet.

I cannot review the Ear Hooks because I have not got them. You said they were delivered but the only proof offered was a blurred picture of packages. You have promised to send another set but I have heard nothing. What an absolute disgrace!!

I'd love to write a review raving about these earphones. Unfortunately, they sent the wrong colour. Not a problem, you would think... Sadly, rather than simply send the colour I actually ordered and email over a returns label, they chose to get it wrong at every opportunity. First, they accused me of ordering the colour they sent rather than the order I said I had ordered. When I proved I had ordered blue, they accused me of not having received white despite initially saying I had in fact, ordered white. When I sent photo evidence I had received white, they STILL didn't send a return label saying instead that it would be a hassle for me to do a return so they would give me a 15% refund and I could gift the unwanted set to a friend or family member - you literally could not make this up! Eventually, they sent me a return label bit refused to process the refund until the product had arrived back with them. They did not process it and I had to email them AGAIN and point out that according to tracking information, they had the headphones back and I wanted my refund. It was a further 2 days before I got a response. All in all, this entire process took TWO WEEKS. It was absolutely staggering. There is no way I would ever buy a product from these people again.

Initially I was hesitated to buy as this is open-ear headphones. But TBH, the ear hooks has multiple levels to adjust according to the ear fit and it was very comfortable as well. The sound effects and bass effects are really awesome…!! Also the noise cancellation works really well and the opponent party able to hear clearly without any interference or disturbances.
Specially the multi devices connectivity has reduced my burden completely to switch between multiple devices manually. This makes our life easy to use the headphones seem less.
The battery with stand for a longer durations. The headphones can be used continuously for 7 hrs approx and the case has more than 28 hrs of battery at one charge.
The charging time takes less than 90 mins to charge from 0 to 100 percent.
Overall I would rate 5 on 5 on all the aspects.
One minor thing which I observed is I bought it for 35 GBP and now it is 25 GBP within 2 weeks of time. That made me little disappointed.

I like these earphones. Very comfortable and I can wear while running and cycling
