1. Set the Ear Hooks to Level 1 or 2 and hook AeroFit 2 Pro onto your ears. 2. Adjust the Ear Hook levels to switch between the two modes. Levels 1 and 2 are for Awareness mode, while Levels 4 and 5 are for Focus mode.
Note: Level 3 is a neutral position that maintains the mode that is currently in use (Awareness or Focus) to prevent sudden, accidental switching.
