How can I adjust Spirit X2's volume?

You can adjust the volume on the earbuds using the volume + or - buttons, or you can adjust the volume on the connected device.

Will Spirit X2 turn off automatically?

Yes, Spirit X2 will automatically turn off when it's not connected with a Bluetooth device for 2 minutes.

How do I turn on BassUp mode?

Long press the play button on either earbud for 1 second and you will hear the "BassUp" tone.

Is Spirit X2 waterproof? Can I use them when swimming?

- Yes, the earbuds have IPX8 waterproof protection, but the charging case is not waterproof.
- Spirit X2 are not suitable for swimming because the water weakens the Bluetooth signal which will result in the sound cutting in and out.

How long does it take to fully charge Spirit X2's earbuds and charging case?

- About 1.5 hours for the earbuds and 2 hours for the charging case.
- After exercise, wipe the charging port dry with a cotton cloth to ensure there's no sweat on the port before charging.

What should I do if the Spirit X2 earbuds don’t recharge in the charging case or don't turn on when I take them out of the charging case?

- Confirm the charging case has power left (press the button on the case and note if an LED is illuminated).
- Ensure all charging contact pins on both the earbuds and the charging case are completely clean and dry of sweat and water. Then ensure the earbuds are placed in the case correctly.
- When you put the earbuds back into the charging case, the light on each earbud will be steady white for about 1 second, followed by the right side flashing quickly and the left side flashing slowly.
- Connect the included USB-C cable to the case and plug it into a USB power source to charge.

How do I pair Spirit X2 with a second device?

Turn off Bluetooth on the current device so Spirit X2 can enter pairing mode.

1. Place both earbuds back into the charging case and keep the case open.
2. Press and hold the button on the back of the case for 3 seconds until one earbud's LED flashes white quickly. The earbuds will disconnect from the current device and enter pairing mode.

What should I do if Spirit X2 doesn't pair with my device?

1. When connecting to a mobile device for the first time, there is a pop-up window for you to confirm pairing. Select "Pair". If you select "Cancel" accidentally, you need to delete Spirit X2 from the device's Bluetooth history and re-pair.
2. Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the case for 10 seconds. Open the case to allow the earbuds to automatically power on and pair with each other before connecting to the last paired device.

If Spirit X2 is still not pairing with your device, try resetting them:
1. Place the earbuds into the charging case and keep the case open.
2. Press and hold the button on the back of the case until the indicator on earbuds flash red 3 times and then turn white.
3. Forget Spirit X2's pairing record on your device
4. Turn off your device's Bluetooth and turn it on again to pair it with Spirit X2 again.

What should I do if Spirit X2 disconnects from the connected device?

Reset Spirit X2:
1. Place both earbuds into the charging case and keep the case open.
2. Press and hold the button on the back of the case until the indicators on earbuds flash red 3 times and then turn white.

Some environments (such as airports, offices, crowded public spaces etc.), other Bluetooth connections, and WiFi can interfere with your Bluetooth connection.
To optimize the Bluetooth connection:
1. Ensure your phone is on your right side if you are in a busy place, and try to keep a distance from WiFi sources.
2. Download videos and songs instead of streaming.
3. Temporarily disable unnecessary app traffic settings on your phone.

What should I do if Spirit X2 does not reconnect to the last paired device automatically?

Put both earbuds into the charging case, close the charging case cover for 10 seconds and then open again to see if it triggers a connection. If not, try the tips below:

1. Forget the pairing record for both Spirit X2 and Spirit X2-L on your device.
2. Reset Spirit X2: Place the earbuds into the charging case and keep the case open; Then press and hold the button on the back of the case until the indicators on the earbuds flash red 3 times and then turn white.
3. Pair Spirit X2 as if it's your first time using them, then put the earbuds back into the charging case, close it and open it to see if the earbuds reconnect to the last paired device.

Why is the paired name sometimes Spirit X2 and sometimes Spirit X2-L?

As the earbuds support Primary/Secondary switch, both of them can pair to your phone as a master device. When the right earbud is Primary, the connected Bluetooth name is Spirit X2, when the left earbud is Primary the connected Bluetooth name is Spirit X2-L.

If you would like to use the left side only, put the right side in the charging case and close it. Select "Spirit X2-L" to pair.

How do I switch between Stereo and Mono mode?

1. When connecting to a mobile device for the first time, there is a pop-up window for you to confirm pairing. Select "Pair". If you select "Cancel" accidentally, you need to delete Spirit X2 from the device's Bluetooth history and re-pair as this will affect the use of Mono mode.
2. If you have previously only paired Spirit X2 with one device:
Stereo mode: Take both earbuds from the charging case, they will automatically enter Stereo mode.
Mono mode: Put 1 earbud into the charging case and close the case cover then use the other one. If this one doesn't work, please confirm that you completed Step 1.
3. If you have previously paired Spirit X2 with several devices before:
Connect Spirit X2 to the device you want to use. If it doesn't connect with the device automatically, you can manually select Spirit X2 in the device's Bluetooth menu. After this, follow the same method in step 2 to switch between Mono and Stereo.

Note: When you switch from Stereo to Mono mode, the audio will pause. Spirit X2 will connect again within 3-5 seconds so press play to continue listening.

What should I do if the other side can't hear me when I take one earbud out from my ears?

Only the master earbud's microphone works during calls. If you'd like to use the left earbud only when making calls, only take the left earbud out of the charging case and close the charging case cover, connect "Spirit X2-L" to use it.

If you are using both earbuds for a call and then put one side in the charging case:
- Close the case to use the other earbud, there will be a break during this process. The call will be resumed after 3-5 seconds.

What should I do if only one of Spirit X2's earbuds has sound or neither earbud has any sound after being connected?

1. Put both earbuds into the charging case, close the charging case cover and then open it.
2. If that doesn't work, try to reset Spirit X2:
- Place the earbuds back into the charging case and keep the case open.
- Hold the button on the back of the case until both the earbuds' LED lights flash red 3 times.
- After the reset, you will see the white light flashing quickly on the right earbud and the light flashing slowly on the left side, which means they have successful paired together.

Great headphones

Good sound quality, great headphones. My only complaint is that if I wear them for too long my ear starts to hurt, but this only happened after 4 hours straight of wearing them.

Stays put well sound quality is even acceptable with audiobooks as well as music battery life is excellent I stream all day normally charge them during lunch just to be on the charged side
