How do I upgrade the firmware via the soundcore App?
1. Go into the app and press 'Update Firmware’.
2. Motion+ will restart twice during the installation process.
- It will automatically restart after the first Bluetooth upgrade.
- During the second upgrade the power light will flash for about 10 seconds and then automatically restart.

I haven't used Motion+ for a while, why won't it turn on?
If you haven't charged or used Motion+ in a long time the battery may have over-discharged. Charge for at least one hour before turning on.

Why can't I pair Motion+ with my device?
1. Clear all the pairing records on your device.
2. Turn the Bluetooth on and off on your device.
3. Hold down the Bluetooth and Volume+ button at the same time for 5-10 seconds until Motion+ restarts.

What should I do if the sound cuts in and out in stereo pairing mode?
1. Avoid placing any electronics devices in between the two Motion+ speakers when they are in stereo pairing mode.

Out of the box, the sound lacks bass and some highs. Downloading the app and tweaking the EQ makes these speakers really sing. I put on some Steely Dan and played with the EQ for 5 minutes and then they were good to go. They remember the previous EQ setting when you next use them, so you don't have to adjust every time.I bought two so I could pair them into stereo mode. They sound good and produce stereo sound alone, but two together is quite impressive.These are replacing an old pair of JBL Flip 4's. The Flips were fine, but the battery life was fading. I would use them at moderate volume about an hour per day, and I would have to charge twice a week. The new Motion+ are a bit larger, louder, sound better, and the battery life is 2-3X longer.Overall excellent speakers for the price so far. No Bluetooth connection problems and they seem to be solid and high quality. Highly recommended if you're willing to get the Soundcore app and tweak the EQ for a few minutes. I uploaded a photo of my settings. Try making yours similar to mine and see how it goes.

Everything connected with no problems. The app really enhanced the sound. Most importantly it DOESN'T look childish like 99% of Bluetooth speakers on here. I'd definitely recommend and I'd buy it again if I had to.
