Service Plan
1. How do I activate and use my membership benefits?

The email used for purchase must match your soundcore app login email. Please enter the email address you use to log in to the soundcore app when purchasing. Benefits will be automatically applied to that account after payment. If the email is not registered, you will receive a reminder to register; benefits will be applied after registration.
Activation Steps:
- Enter your email during purchase; benefits are issued to that email immediately.
- Download the soundcore app and log in with the same email.
- Connect your device and check your benefits on the "Profile" page. If benefits are not received, please contact: service@soundcore.com.

2. Does the Unlimited Plan support group users?

Currently, the Unlimited Plan is intended exclusively for individual users recording via soundcore devices. It is strictly prohibited for commercial resale, automated batch uploading, or any other abnormal or non-personal use.This Unlimited Plan provides a generous monthly transcription allowance of 744 hours—enough to seamlessly cover every single second of 24/7 continuous transcription for a full 31-day month. This allowance resets at the start of each billing cycle, and unused hours do not roll over.
To prevent system abuse and ensure a high-quality experience for all users, we reserve the right to take restrictive measures against anomalous behavior. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where our system detects abnormal account activity or abnormally high-frequency uploads of non-soundcore recordings within a short timeframe. Depending on the severity, such measures may include restricting certain features, suspending your service, or permanently terminating your account.
To prevent system abuse and ensure a high-quality experience for all users, we reserve the right to take restrictive measures against anomalous behavior. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where our system detects abnormal account activity or abnormally high-frequency uploads of non-soundcore recordings within a short timeframe. Non-stackable: You can only have one active Pro or Unlimited plan at a time.
Stackable: Time Packs (3,000 / 6,000 mins) can be used with memberships.
Note: - Upon upgrading to Pro/Unlimited, the initial free Starter benefits will be paused.
- You cannot activate a new membership of the same type while your current plan is valid.
- If you currently have an active Pro or Unlimited membership within the app, you cannot activate a membership purchased from the website.

5. Which devices support AI Note Taker?

Currently, only the soundcore Work Recorder is supported for recording, and transcription must be done within the app. Support for more devices is coming soon!
6. Can Service benefits be transferred to others?

No. Benefits are permanently linked to your account and cannot be transferred. Please register or log in to the soundcore app using the email provided at purchase.
7. What is the validity period of the soundcore work software service purchased on the website?

Pro and Unlimited memberships are valid for 1 year with transcription quotas refreshed monthly. They do not automatically renew upon expiration.
Time Packs (3,000 mins, 6,000 mins) are valid for 2 years. Any remaining balance expires automatically after this period.

By default, recordings and transcriptions are saved locally on your device only.
Audio is temporarily uploaded only when you choose to transcribe it. Once transcription is complete, your audio and related data are deleted from the cloud. We do not back up your data without permission or use it for AI training.
Note: To prevent loss of transcription quota, files from failed transcriptions (audio, data, etc.) are temporarily stored in the cloud for up to seven days. We recommend keeping the app open to receive files promptly.

Quota Usage: Minutes are deducted only during transcription; recording audio alone does not consume your quota.

After expiration, you can still use the soundcore Work Recorder to record and save locally, but you cannot transcribe recordings.
