Service Plan
How do I activate and use my membership?down
⚠️ Important: The email used during purchase must match the email you use to log in to the soundcore app.

Please enter your soundcore app login email address when making your purchase. After payment is completed, your membership benefits will be automatically activated for that account. If the email address has not been registered yet, you will receive a reminder email prompting you to create a soundcore app account. Your benefits will be activated once registration is complete.

How to Activate:
1. Enter the email address for your soundcore app account during purchase. Your benefits will be activated automatically for that email after payment.
2. Download the soundcore app and log in using the same email address.
3. After connecting your device, go to the "My" page to view your benefits.

If your benefits are not displayed, please contact service@soundcore.com.
Can I stack multiple memberships?down
Pro and Unlimited memberships cannot be stacked. You can only have one active Pro or Unlimited membership at a time.

Time Packs (3,000 mins / 6,000 mins) can be stacked with an active membership.

Please note: After upgrading to Pro or Unlimited, your initial Starter benefits will be paused. You also cannot activate a newly purchased membership of the same type while your current membership is still active.

Important: If you already have an active Pro or Unlimited membership in the soundcore app, memberships purchased from the website cannot be activated until your current membership expires.
Can I transfer my membership to another account?down
No. Membership benefits are permanently linked to the account used during purchase and cannot be transferred to another account.

Please register for or log in to the soundcore app using the same email address you provided when making your purchase.
What is the validity period for soundcore work software services purchased on the website?down
Pro and Unlimited memberships are valid for 1 year, with transcription quotas refreshed monthly. They do not automatically renew upon expiration.

Time Packs (3,000 mins / 6,000 mins) are valid for 2 years. Any remaining balance will expire automatically after this period.
5. Which devices support AI Note Taker?down
Currently, only the soundcore Work Recorder is supported for recording, and transcription must be done within the app. Support for more devices is coming soon!
6. Can Service benefits be transferred to others?down
No. Benefits are permanently linked to your account and cannot be transferred. Please register or log in to the soundcore app using the email provided at purchase.

Which devices support AI Note Taker?down
Currently, only the soundcore Work Recorder is supported for recording, and transcription must be completed within the soundcore app.

2. What features are unlocked after purchase?down
Pro Plan (1,200 transcription mins/month for 1 year): Includes basic software functions plus access to these premium features:
- Comprehensive Summary: Generates concise, logical summaries with one click. Perfect for information-heavy scenarios.
- Ask AI: Supports keyword queries for AI-generated definitions to supplement knowledge anytime. Ideal for cross-field collaboration or multilingual contexts.

Unlimited Plan (Unlimited transcription for 1 year): Includes basic software functions and all Pro premium features (Comprehensive Summary, Ask AI).

*Note: Time Packs only add transcription minutes and do not include premium features. All features above must be used within the soundcore app.
3. How does soundcore work protect your privacy?down
By default, recordings and transcriptions are saved locally on your device only.
Audio is temporarily uploaded only when you choose to transcribe it. Once transcription is complete, your audio and related data are deleted from the cloud. We do not back up your data without permission or use it for AI training.
Note: To prevent loss of transcription quota, files from failed transcriptions (audio, data, etc.) are temporarily stored in the cloud for up to seven days. We recommend keeping the app open to receive files promptly.
4. Will I lose my saved recordings and transcriptions after my service plan expires?down
Quota Usage: Minutes are deducted only during transcription; recording audio alone does not consume your quota.

Your existing recordings, transcriptions, and summaries will remain saved in the app or the cloud (if"Sync to Cloud" is enabled) and will not disappear when your service plan ends. After expiration, you can still use the soundcore Work Recorder to record and save locally, but you cannot transcribe recordings.
