Sleep A30 don't have 'active noise cancellation' in the strict sense but make use of psychoacoustic masking effects. This works well for steady, consistent noise sources, but not for sudden sounds. In return, the form factor allows for exceptional comfort while lying dow — something traditional...
I slept for a full eight hours without waking up. I think it is because these are blocking out noises that are likely stirring me up at night from our dog, neighbors or spouse. Highly recommended if this is what you are looking for.
These are comfortable for me; the main piece is small enough to not bother me as a side sleeper and the silicone parts can be swapped out for different sizes provided which is nice. The app is easy to use. They connect to Bluetooth easily and stay connected.
These have dramatically improved how FAST I fall asleep for the night, how LONG I stay asleep, and how WELL I sleep. For the first time since having kids, I'm actually able to sleep through the night and for that, I am grateful.
