I was prepared for this headphones to fail and I am amazed that this was beyond my expectations. Sound quality is amazing for both phone conversations and for media listening. For the price it's actually great. Not too expensive just a sweet spot. I purchased the warranty as a precaution as devices tend to fail after a year or two.At the moment the features are great but we shall see.

Overall I would definitely recommend this to anyone coming from lower-end earbuds, they instantly connect to my phone (never failed once), have good battery life (I can go a full work week without having to plug it in to charge) and sound fairly good for earbuds (nothing crazy but good enough).The only issue I have had with them is they sometimes fall out of my ears even though they have hooks. I do have tiny ears so I also have to use the XS eartips BUT they do fall out from time to time.
