1. soundcore Care is a replacement service for all compatible earbuds. If one or both of your earbuds are lost or damaged due to an accident, you can purchase a pair of earbuds for half the original price (charging case not included) within one year of your soundcore Care purchase.
2. The price of the new pair of earbuds is subject to the accessories price inquiry on the soundcore official website when you redeem your soundcore Care service.
3. If the original order is still within the 18-month warranty period, the new earbuds will follow the warranty timeline from the original order.
4. You can only purchase soundcore Care once for each device. Charging case and other accessories are not covered by the service.
