1. Place the earbuds into the charging case and keep the lid open.
2. Press and hold the button on the charging case for 10 seconds until the LED indicator on the charging case flashes red 3 times. This confirms that the reset is successful.
When resetting the earbuds, make sure the earbuds are well connected with the case, or it may cause the reset to fail. The LED will flash to indicate that they are properly connected (when the earbuds are placed in the charging case, the LED flashes white for 3 seconds).

1. Remove the protective film covering the connectors on the earbuds.
2. Reboot the Bluetooth device, such as a phone or computer. Forget all the pairing records on your device and turn off Bluetooth.
3. Reset the earbuds by following the steps below (make sure your earbuds have enough battery):
- Place the earbuds into the charging case and keep the case open.
- Press and hold the button on the charging case for 10 seconds until the LED indicator on the charging case flashes red 3 times. This confirms that the reset is successful.

4. Turn on the Bluetooth of your device, search for soundcore Life A3i, and pair.
If there is a pop-up window to confirm pairing for "soundcore Life A3i," please select "pair." If you accidentally pressed "cancel," you will need to refresh (turn off and then turn on) the Bluetooth of your device, then pair the earbuds again.

Please note that this doesn't necessarily mean there is an issue with the earbuds but may have something to do with the connected device and environment. Bluetooth signals may be influenced by obstructions such as walls, pillars, home appliances, Wi-Fi, and more. To ensure a stable connection, we recommend avoiding such obstructions.
To fix this issue, please try the following:
1. Fully charge and reset your earbuds as stated below and pair them again:
- Place the earbuds into the charging case and keep the case open.
- Press and hold the button on the charging case for 10 seconds until the LED indicator on the charging case flashes red 3 times. This confirms that the reset is successful.
2. Check the earbuds by listening to downloaded music/video.
3. Check the earbuds with another Bluetooth device in a different environment to see if it works well.

If you want to pair Life A3i with a second device, please use one of the following methods:
- Turn off Bluetooth on your current device so the earbuds enter pairing mode.

1. Place the earbuds back into the charging case and keep the lid open.
2. To enter pairing mode, press and hold the button on the case for 3 seconds until the LED indicator flashes white quickly.
Please do not remove the earbuds from the case before pairing them with the second device.

1. Download soundcore version 2.9.9 or later from the App Store (If you already have the soundcore app, we recommend that you uninstall and then download it again. Overwriting the installation is not recommended).
2. Pair your earbuds with your phone. Currently, the soundcore app does not support computers.
3. Open the app, click "Add Device" on the left page, and the app will automatically connect to the earbuds (the first time you enter the app, you must agree to enable location permissions).
4. If the connection fails, click Set up Manually > Life Series > Life A3i on the page to check whether it can be added manually (if you can't find the device's model on this page, you can take a screenshot).
5. Uninstall and reinstall the app.
If trying the steps above still does not work, provide the phone's model, app version, screenshot in step 4, Bluetooth name, and the region of the mobile phone. (Search for the region on the phone settings page. If there is no region in the settings, search for language).

- Microphone on the conference software: Life A3i Hands-Free
- Speaker on the conference app: Life A3i Hands-Free
If you need to adjust the volume, please do so on the app. If you cannot adjust the volume on the app, please select Life A3i Hands-Free as output on your computer and adjust the volume.
3. If you need to use the audio and video app on your computer and you cannot set the input and output on the app, please open the computer audio settings and choose the correct settings:

2. Make sure you're wearing the earbuds in the correct position to create a tight seal.
3. Try switching to the phone's microphone and make a call to see if the problem persists.

6. If Life A3i comes into contact with liquid, use a hairdryer in 'Cool' setting to dry the case.
