Bottom line: These are some of the most impressive earbuds I have used, with excellent sound quality, customizable controls, and a secure comfortable fit that finally solved my biggest issue with earbuds constantly falling out.

I have tried a surprising number of earbuds over the years because I could never find a pair that would reliably stay in my ears. I own everything from very cheap sets to fairly expensive ones, and most eventually worked their way loose or became uncomfortable. Right away, these solved that problem for me.

They include multiple ear tip sizes, which made a huge difference. Once I selected the correct fit for my ear canals, the earbuds stayed firmly in place without causing discomfort. I can move around normally without constantly adjusting them or worrying about one falling out.

The sound quality is excellent. Voices sound crisp and clear, and music playback has very good clarity and balance. I did not notice any reduction in sound quality while listening to music, and the active noise cancellation works impressively well.

One thing I do want to mention is a mistake I made during setup that could help someone else avoid confusion. When pairing the earbuds, a link appeared prompting me to download the companion app. I clicked the first app that appeared in the App Store, and it opened Apple Wallet showing a $0.00 charge request. Since no payment information should be needed for a free app, I backed out and initially skipped the app installation entirely. Later I realized I had simply clicked the wrong app listing in the App Store. Once I downloaded the correct Soundcore app, setup became extremely easy.

The app itself is excellent and gives you a huge amount of control over personalization. You can customize tap controls, sound preferences, and many other settings. It even includes AI language translation features, which I thought was pretty impressive.

The charging/display case is also very sleek and modern looking. Overall, these feel like a premium product with thoughtful engineering and features throughout.

I am genuinely impressed with these earbuds and would absolutely recommend them.

Anker has serious come a long way and has made some groundbreaking advancements over the years. There are so many different features, I honestly dont know where to start.

Aesthetically these are very appealing and just look great. The case has a sliding top and a touch screen that shows battery statuses of each bud and the case. You also can scroll and change countless features. Sound quality. Anc, EQ, Bluetooth pairing, find buds, and so much more. Normally this is something you're stuck doing on your phone, tablet, etc., do this is definitely a nice option. Now to the actual important parts when it comes to earbuds, sound quality. Out of the box, with no type of audio adjustments, the sound quality was very punchy. The default seemed to have a heavy emphasis on base which I wasn't too fond of. Using the app, I was able to play around and test multiple sound settings, AI, Dolby, immersion, and even AI hearing test that allows the software to learn your preferences due to your answers given about personal preference when comparing multiple sound samples. While the sound quality was great prior to all this, the quality improved immensely after tweaking everything to individual personal preferences. When it comes to fit, the addition of the wing tips and bud tips allow for excellent customization. As for the ANC, Passive, Normal, transparency options, each worked decently well for their intended purposes. As someone who has sensory issues and is big on the ANC quality when it comes to any type of earbud or headphones, I rate these above average, but still no where near the ANC tier of Bose and Sony. That should be expected though, especially with the Bose and Sony being $100 - $200 more in price. So for the price range these buds are in, they are an excellent option and well worth the price. To be honest, these have features the much higher ones don't even come close to, so it comes down to what is it you're looking for. The AI features on these are a huge selling point. These have live language translation, voice commands, and much more. The AI has voice learning recognition, and probably even more I haven't even experienced yet. Easily above average in almost all areas, you can't go wrong with the Library 5 Pro. But if your someone who's top priority is ANC, spent the extra $ and get the Bose or sony because they'll also give superior Sound too, but if you want well rounded, above average everywhere, and top tier AI/smart technology, look no further.

Best headset ever! Better than apple air pods pro or maxx

I chose this particular pair of earbuds after having two pairs of my phone brand's "native" ecosystem earbuds decide to stop working or stop holding a charge after just a year and a half or 2 years. I understand that the battery will not hold a charge as well after 2-3 years, but I had only had my Pros for a little over a year and the store did not want to replace them. I decided that I was not going to get another pair of them for 250USD. I decided on the Soundcore Liberty 5 Pro. I ordered them on the Amazon store and I will say that I am pleasantly blown away by the features and quality of the earbuds. They have so many features and every one of those features work and stays that way once you set it. I had an ongoing problem of noise canceling not staying activated on my old pair or something would not work. The noise canceling works and I can talk in a room with a fan on high and my family can still hear me with no difficulty. There is a translation feature and it works. I am still figuring it out, but love it so far. There is an app that goes with it and it is very easy to navigate it plus the screen on the earbuds case. I love that personalized sound that it does based on a quiz. Oh, BTW, I am actually using the earbuds at a lower volume vs my old ones. Can I talk about the issue of my old buds not fitting me despite the customizable ear silicon plugs. My ears would just feel tender and they would fall out after a while. These new earbuds come with 4 sizes of silicone fittings and I was able to find the right size for my smaller ears. The auricle silicone tip helps with fitting the earbuds in a more secure way as it twists into auricle with the tip to ensure proper and snug fitting. My new earbuds easily connect to both my iPhone and MacBook and it is very intelligent. I can set up the controls easily and it's easy to look how to operate them within the app. Overall, I am very pleased and surprised at the sheer amount of features and quality. I am still figuring them out, but it's very intuitive. I look forward to using them for my Zoom meetings with clients.

Very good sound quality. Confortable and easy-to-use.
The weakness lies on the ANC and adaptive AI. The transparent mode is lagging. If connected to several devices each notifications from your phone will mute the current conversation. The AI adaptive will create some and sound artifacts. The ringing tones will emit a weird background noise. I returned to try the pro max. The screen responsiveness is sometimes frustrating.
