2. Pair your device with Liberty Air 2.
3. Open the soundcore App and connect with Liberty Air 2.
4. Click on the Custom Command button in the lower right corner to enter the Custom Command page.
5. Customize the settings according to your preferences; choose to double-click or hold for 1s to control volume up/volume down, then use the settings to adjust the volume.
Note: Customized commands are not available in mono mode.
2. Charge the earbuds after you use them. In order to improve the battery’s lifespan, do not always wait until there's 20% power remaining or less to charge them.
3. If you are storing the charging case, make sure there are at least 2 lights lit up on the case to ensure there is enough power.
4. Open the charging case's lid at least once a month to ensure the earbuds start charging.
5. Regularly clean the charging pins on the earbuds and charging case.
6. Keep the EarTips clean.
7. Liberty Air 2's charging case is not waterproof, so if it comes into contact with liquid use a hairdryer on the 'cool' setting to dry the case.
2. Remove all protective film from the earbuds. And ensure all charging contact pins on the earbuds and charging case are completely clean and dry of sweat and water. Then put earbuds correctly into the case.
When you put the earbuds back into the charging case, the first and and third lights on the case flash twice to indicate both earbuds are charging normally.
3. Connect the case with the included USB-C cable and plug it into a USB power source.
- The light in the middle is not illuminated by default when closing the case.
If you want to pair Liberty Air 2 with a second device, please use one of the following methods:
Turn off Bluetooth on the current device so the earbuds enter pairing mode.
Or
Place the earbuds back into the charging case and keep the case open.
Press and hold the button on the bottom of the case for 3 seconds until the right earbud's LED flashes white. The earbuds will disconnect from the current device and enter pairing mode.
2. Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the case. Open the case and the earbuds will automatically power on and pair with each other before connecting to the last paired device.
3. If the earbuds are not pairing, please try to reset your earbuds. See "How do I reset Liberty Air 2?"
4. Forget the pairing record on your device, turn off the Bluetooth and turn in on again to pair it with your earbuds again.
Some environments (such as airports, offices, crowded public spaces etc.) can interfere with your Bluetooth connection. To optimize your Bluetooth connection:
1. If you are in a busy place, ensure your phone is on your right side when using Liberty Air 2.
2. Download videos and songs instead of streaming.
3. If you have an Android phone, temporarily disable unnecessary app traffic settings on your phone.
1) Forget the pairing record on your device.
2) Reset the earbuds. See "How do I reset Liberty Air 2?"
3) Pair as if for the first time then put the earbuds back into the charging case, close it and open it to see if the earbuds reconnect to the last-paired device.
If you would like to use the left side only, please put the right side in the charging case and close the charging case cover. Select "Liberty Air 2-L" to pair.
Stereo Mode: Take both earbuds from the charging case, they will automatically enter into stereo mode.
Mono mode: Put 1 earbud into the charging case and close the case cover then use the other one. If that one doesn't work, please confirm step 1 has been completed successfully.
3. If you paired the earbuds with several devices before, connect the earbuds to the device you want to use. If the earbuds do not connect with the device automatically, you can manually select the earbuds in the device's Bluetooth menu. After this, follow the same method in step 2 to switch between mono and stereo.

As I write this review in the year of our lord 2023, I have owned my pair of Liberty Air 2s for four years and used them almost every day for at least a couple of hours. I am pleasantly surprised at their longevity and resilience. These are my first pair of truly wireless earbuds and I think I got my money's worth. I'm no audiophile by any means, but these sound great listening to various genres, from rock to EDM, folk to classical/instrumentals. They've also been great companions while traveling: the passive noise isolation has been good enough on trains and planes and rarely have they run out of juice before I got to my destination.
My only issue is that for the past couple months, the left earbud has had connectivity issues with the case. Even after gently cleaning with a cotton swab, the bud stays on even while in the case, maintaining a bluetooth connection with my phone and eventually dying. I've been able to mitigate the issue by gently shaking the case to jiggle the contacts but this process has been increasingly frequent. Despite this, I simply cannot be disappointed in my experience with these earbuds.
I have bought soundcore life note perfect sound while playing music. But in case of calls, it works perfect in my room. But outside in noisy area, it reduces my voice sound too. I use one piece to talk and other to listen. Other problem is that, these two pieces do not connect with each other. I mean only left or right connects. On the other hand, these are extremely durable. One day case fallen on road while crossing, it was pressed under heavy truck tyre. Not damaged and Still working. One day again , one piece fallen on road, too many cars passed on it, only scratches were found on it but still working perfect . Very perfect music experience.
I bought 2 units of the soundcore liberty air 2. One of the units is having a problem now. The left earphone is currently unable to be powered on. At first, it was not pairing with the right earphone. After totally resetting it, it was the same issue. After a few days, the left earphone was not charged at all.
I am only able to use the right earphone. The firmware for the earphones was already updated a few weeks ago.
Besides, I am aware that there is a small gap on the left earphone. I believe the rechargeable battery is bloated. That is very dangerous.

recently i saw Liberty 4 and the review is good. After consideration with the past experience, i get Sony MF-1000 XM5 although it far more expensive as i dont want to have the same bad experience again.
I've bought my gear about 9 months ago and still it's the best in ears I've ever used. With the comfort fit x enormous sound quality I highly recommend it for anyone who is looking for a premium pair of earbuds at a reasonable cost. Awesome Experience!
