soundcore V40i | Comfortable Fit and Clear Sound, Lidless Case

The sound and fit is nice but Im very disappointed it doesn't have a closed case

I bought these 100% because of the case design. It just looks so cool. But I do walk a lot, with one earbud in, and I figured it was time I try some of these open styles. Since I wear glasses, this ear hook style ends up feeling like there's a bit too many things hanging on behind my hear. It's bearable, but at the same time I ordered the clip-on style open earbuds that cling to the rim of your ear, and those definitely feel better especially if you wear glasses.These sound really good, but I find myself wishing I was enjoying the sound with it fully stuck into my ear canal, transmitting all the fullness and bass. But of course that's a contradiction, you just can't have that when you buy this open style that allows you to hear your surroundings. I'm just saying they sound so good that it makes me want a regular earbud in my ear with this sound.These cost about 3 times as much as the clip-on style that I got on sale, so I'm not sure if I will keep these. I still may keep them all because of that design I mentioned at first, I think these look so futuristic and cool with this round case and the LED ring. Kinda stinks that the USB port is on the flat bottom of the case, so you'll never be able to charge it stood up. Reminds me of a certain brand of computer mice where the USB port is on the bottom so you literally can't use the mouse while it's charging.I like these, there's a chance that I keep them just because the design is so cool, but the earhook style is a bit of a pain if you wear glasses, and this other less expensive clip-on style that I got does about the same thing while being more comfortable. As I said, I do like Soundcore, so I may end up trying a clip-on style from Soundcore.
