I've struggled with severe insomnia and tried numerous remedies—teas, blue light-blocking glasses, meditation, herbal and medical sleeping tablets, and various sleep earbuds, including Bose sleep buds —but nothing worked. However, the Soundcore Sleep A20 Sleep Earbuds have been a game-changer since mine arrived after backing on kickstarter .

For the past four months, these earbuds have helped me finally get restful sleep. They're ultra-comfortable and stay securely in place all night, with their soft, lightweight design making them easy to wear without any discomfort. The Soundcore app offers a variety of soothing soundscapes, and the battery life easily lasts through the night.

After trying so many solutions, these earbuds have made a real difference. If you're struggling with sleep, I highly recommend giving them a try.

I bought the sleepbuds a10 and then read the reviews on the a20's and the difference is insane. These are so so so good. Comfortable, much better battery life, and block out snoring with ease. Also much better at streaming through Bluetooth and last all night. The best surprise was the find my bud function. So good if I take them out in the night and they get lost in the bed or on the floor! If your use case is buds to sleep and block snoring, I couldn't recommend more highly.

Didnt work for me

The earbuds were comfortable to wear, but unfortunately, they did not effectively block the noise of my neighbors walking up the stairs.
