Great but…

Got them yesterday, and for a first pair of wireless earbuds was really happy with them. Don’t notice the ear hook, good hold, sound is great, noise cancellation quite decent, transparency mode a little artificial but still alright (expected as the microphones are so tiny), app has great customisation—really like everything about them.

But this morning I go to use them and the left earbud won’t produce any sound at all. It is paired to the right earbud, as the buttons still control the actions I assigned to them. But no sound. zip. Even the ‘find device’ feature in the app got no sound out of it (with previous earbuds, earwax could lodge in the earbud and mute the sound substantially). Now I had paired it with 2 devices so far (I’d have you know I don’t know how dual connection works) but I made sure I turned that feature off in the app to see if that would fix it. But no. I am stumped. An oversight on my behalf? Bad quality? Faulty? I have reached out for support. If they are broken I will try a replacement pair cause these are brilliant earbuds at a great price, and want to give them a second shot. I Will update this review if I can.

I am really happy with these earbuds. They are comfortable and the sound quality is great for this price point. The app has lots of great features too. Highly reccomend
