Press the "NC" button to cycle between the modes. The order is: Noise Cancelling (default) > Transparency > Normal.

Manually switch between the three modes and customize the level of noise cancelling and transparency.
Note: On the soundcore app, you can also customize the button functions by going to "Controls".

Great Sound, Comfort, and Noise CancellationI've been using the Anker Space Q45 headphones for a while now, and I have to say they're some of the best I've tried in this price range. First off, they're extremely comfortable – the ear cushions are soft and don’t press against my ears, even during long listening sessions.The sound quality is excellent. Anker offers a dedicated app that lets you customize the EQ to your liking, which is a great bonus. Battery life is one of the standout features – I’ve been using them for about 5 hours a day, and they lasted me nearly two weeks on a single charge. That’s seriously impressive.Noise cancellation is also very good for the price. I’ve tried other headphones that cost more and don’t block out sound as well as these. They’re especially effective at reducing constant background noises like chatter, street noise, TV sounds, or engine hums. Sudden, sharp noises like car horns or hammering can still be heard a bit, but that’s expected.Another nice bonus: they come with a 3.5mm jack and support Hi-Fi over Bluetooth. With LDAC enabled, the audio becomes even clearer and more detailed, which is amazing at this price point.Overall, these are a great buy – super comfortable, great sound, long battery life, and impressive noise cancellation. Highly recommended!

The Soundcore Space Q45 by Anker are good over ear ANC headphones, they’re just not great. The reason you are shopping for these is because you are looking for good ANC and these are good for the price range, but they are not comparable to the Sony XM4. I know that people are saying they are “just as good”, but they’re not, full stop. The ANC compares well to others in this price range, and will satisfy most users who are looking to quiet down the long airline flight, but if you are looking to eliminate the sounds of the coffee shop, you should look to the more expensive Sony line. If you play music (which is kind of the point of headphones) then the ANC will be sufficient in most situations.The Sound was just “ok”. It is clear enough for most listeners, but not great. In all honesty, if you are not directly comparing the headphones, you will probably be satisfied with the sound quality. I just expected more from Soundcore for $150.The build quality is excellent. There were no creeks or cracking when stretching them. The ear cups were soft with memory foam that seals around your ears very nicely. The padding on the top is sufficient and the metal headband seems solid. No complaints on build quality.Soundcore sends a protective case with the headphones that looks better in the pictures than it really is. I’m thankful that they include a hard case for the headphones, but this one is really cheap feeling. There is an included plastic “frame” to hold the headphones in place, but it is really just the packing material that you would remove from a new product before use. It is very cheep plastic. There is no place in the case to store the cables, so they will just slide around in the case and scratch the headphones. Soundcore should have included an elastic pouch on the inside cover for the cables.Comfort and sizing is where the Q45s start losing stars. They are BIG! Too big for my average sized melon (I am a 5’9 man with a hat size of 7 1/4). I had the band at the smallest setting and found it difficult to keep it situated on my ears while sitting at my desk. The ear cups are very large, which will be welcome for those who have larger ears and heads, but for me, they were too large. I felt like they were covering my entire cheek and I had to constantly adjust them to keep my ear in the center of the cup. Because of this, I had to return them and keep shopping.
I like the headphones themselves, sounds fine but they seem to be a bit flimsy for the price. They cracked and it’s been less than two months.Update: I reached out to customer support through their website. I received a very fast response and will be getting a replacement pair.
There is a point where an additional dollar doesn't buy you better sound or construction. These headphones are right at that point. I've owned some high end headphones from Grado, Sennheiser, AKG, Sony and Bose and needed a pair on short notice. I left my Bose headphones at home and I'm traveling for 2 weeks. Lots of flights. So I ordered these with next day delivery. Honestly I'm stunned by the sound and build quality of these headphones. I'm a critical listener and from the moment I started using them I found myself completely immersed in what I was listening to and not analyzing the sound for defects or weaknesses. They are super comfortable and came with a good case for traveling. I'm truly amazed. I hope they hold up to time and use without issues.
