I purchased these based on the reviews on Amazon. Had I seen the reviews here I would not have bought them. So I am writing my review here to say that the equalization that comes as default is very bass heavy and the higher frequencies are dampened down, but I was able to go into the downloadable app (which is an experience in itself and so feature-rich!) and pick five favorite equalizations that sounded great to me! It totally gave these headphones an incredible sound. They sound like $200 headphones, easily!!
My favorite features so far have to be the sound, followed by how great people say my voice sounds when they call. The microphone must be pretty good! The feel is so light I might forget I am wearing them, the case is also strangely light. I was expecting it, as a charger, to be heavier. Oh, also, the taps are all customizable. And I set mine to play a little light show with the music. I know that sounds silly, but a little silliness makes life a happier place! I'm definitely getting more of these for gifts. Impressive!! Oh, also, they can adjust to different size ears I guess, but mine fit right out of the box. Plus, I've been playing them for well over 2 hours and my phone Bluetooth settings still says these are at 100% And also, I bought the white ones!❤️ Make sure to check out the app too!

The Soundcore V20i has good sound quality, but unfortunately the microphone cuts out after a few minutes during calls. The call remains active but the other person can no longer hear me. I tried multiple phones and factory reset, so I cannot recommend it for call use.

amazing but lost them i still have the case which i bedazeld im so sad that i lost them they where the only pair i had :(

as a music producer i never expected such a disappointment.
this has like a weird limiter that reduce the sound quality and the eq in the app just doesn't fix the error.
i understand that this are made to hear the surroundings, but this is just horrible sounding.
so, if you like music don't use this.
if you like ass sound or you want to make people suffer buy this.
i fully recommend the Life Q10 that are just amazing!
