soundcore Care is a virtual protection plan that you can purchase (e.g., US$9.90) alongside your earbuds. Once purchased, you will receive a time-limited code valid for 365 days, which allows you to buy replacement earbuds or a charging case at 50% off the original price. It is designed to provide extra peace of mind in case your accessories are lost or damaged.

Early buyers of Liberty 5 Pro / 5 Pro Max may receive a complimentary soundcore Care code as part of our launch promotion. To claim your code, log into your soundcore app account and pair your earbuds within the specified timeframe. You will find the code under My > My Coupons in the app.
2. Separate Purchase
Customers who purchased D1203/04 on the official website can also buy soundcore Care separately—either at the time of your earbud purchase or within 60 days of receiving your order. Visit the soundcore Care page on your country's official website, verify your order number (one purchase per order), and a code will be sent to your email after purchase. You can use this code to purchase replacement earbuds or a charging case at a discounted rate within one year.
