Sleep A20 | Next-Level Sleep Earbuds with Enhanced Comfort

I love the Sleep A20s because of how well they track your sleep. I really love how it shows when you are in your three stages of sleep. I also how it shows what position you are in when you sleep. They are very comfortable and don't disturb your sleep with those bad ear aches other earbuds would give. Overall, great product to make you sleep good at night.

I love these earbuds and they are exactly what I hoped for. I have had trouble sleeping for years and I though it was just the way I am wired but so far after a few weeks these really seem to help me sleep longer with fewer wake ups. I have AirPods Pro’s already which are great for calls and music but they are not comfortable for side sleepers and fall out occasionally. These fit nicely inside the ear with soft pliable material and do not put pressure in my hear when on my side. I occasionally will set my phone on my nightstand and lay on my side to watch something mindless to relax and fall asleep which was the main reason I bought them. The sound is good for this but I discovered a light double tap in the right turns them on or off… and, something unexpected, a double tap on the left toggle between music mode where I can listen to or watch something on my phone, to sleep mode which is a gentle sound of rain. I’m writing this mainly because I had sleep mode on all night and for the first time in what feels like years, I slept for a full eight hours without waking up. I think it is because these are blocking out noises that are likely stirring me up at night from our dog, neighbors or spouse. Highly recommended if this is what you are looking for. I haven’t tried them for calls yet but I don’t think there is a microphone.

If I could give these more than 5 stars, I would. Really impressed. The sound quality is really good, it comes with a fantastic charging/carry case, lots of options for a good ear fit including noise blocking tips, they are comfortable to wear, and the app has so many great features. The customization blew my mind, not to mention all the options of what to listen to. My only concern might be losing one in the bed but haven't had that happen yet. I love the binaural beats and meditations. Highly, highly recommend.

These Soundcore Sleep A20 earbuds are truly the best sleeping headphones I have ever used. They are incredibly comfortable; I genuinely hardly feel them in my ears, and sleeping on my side while wearing them is no problem at all, thanks to their ergonomic design.As someone with tinnitus, I find listening to background noise soothing for sleep, and these are perfect for streaming audio via Bluetooth. They also block out external sounds effectively. I really like the features in the companion app, especially the detailed sleep quality report it generates. The automatic switch to binaural beats once I fall asleep is a fantastic feature that I believe contributes to a more restful night.Comfortable, effective noise blocking, and smart sleep features make these outstanding. Highly recommended.

The A20 is definitely the best sleep buds out in the market as of the time of this review, March 2025. The packaging is classic Soundcore, very high end. The case is well made. Normally I do not like sliding opening case because the sliding mechanism is easier to break. This case feels solid. You do have to get used to learning where and which direction to push the case open.For sleep buds, the most important feature is comfort. These are very comfortable. They are very small and sits well inside the ear. Side sleeper will not dislodge them out of the ear.They are small enough and comfortable enough I have fallen asleep with them many times while it is in the ear.The Soundcore app comes with a lot of extra feature, including downloading a limited set of tracks onto the earbuds so you do not have to have the phone running. It is really not a issue for me as I put the phone on a charger anyway. So I do not really use that feature.If you are the type that listen to music or books while trying to fall asleep, these are a great choice.
