I loved these headphones for the first 6 months. They lasted sometimes 3 days in between charges and the app was easy to use. As the updates started coming out the app got more buggy and then I couldn’t get the left one to charge more than 50%. I reached out to customer service and after one layer of AI emails someone emailed me back that they were sending a new pair and to send the old ones back, so they could understand what went wrong with them. I thought wow.. that’s great customer service! I got my new pair a few days later (but no return shipping label for the old ones). Within one week my Bluetooth would not connect to them. Deleted the device and re-added. Then a few days later the left one was not charging past 70 perfect and as I was trying to trouble shoot them the app sent me a message that the earphones were having a malfunction and to reach out to customer service, which I did.. AI responded with things that it wanted me to try and that did not get me anywhere. I do not know if they gave me a refurbished pair or a new pair but two pairs with the left ear not charging all the way? They have a magnetic clink to them when you put them in the case so I find it hard to believe that this company does not know this is an issue with their product. So disappointed, as I thought these were a lifesaver when they worked like they should in the beginning.

I sleep with these every night, however my second pair has now broken.
On the A20 the cover of the earbud has fallen off multiple times. In the past have been able to put it back on, with much difficulty, and keep using it, however now it won’t charge or turn on. The other earbud now sounds bad, crackling and like is far away.
I didn’t do anything abnormal with the earbuds so I have no idea why it keeps breaking. When spending such a large amount of money on something I expect it to last a long time. The soundcore earbuds seem to have a short lifespan. Definitely not getting what you pay for.
Lastly, customer service is either AI or in a country that doesn’t understand English. The back and forth emails have been terrible and time consuming.

This product claims that it is 10 hours on Bluetooth and 14 hours on sleep mode, however, this is very inaccurate advertising. Even with all the updates, only about 4-6 weeks old, and fully charged before sleep every night it only lasts at most 8 hours. On average, about 6 or 7 hours. It does not does as advertised and I very much could sue as this is a pricey product that I bought due to, among other things, the length of time it would last through the night. Because it does not last longer than this amount of time, often my data is incorrect in my sleep report because I slept longer than these times. I need this information because I am trying to get over insomnia so I need to know what information to ACCURATELY give to my doctor. Other than the inaccurate advertising, it is a good product, the bluetooth is good, the sleep mode is good, and the detailed sleep report is very helpful -- when it is accurate. I would fix your advertising, soundcloud, and if you do get this be aware that even when updated, new, and fully charged it might not do everything it is supposed to. It can be a good product if you do not need accuracy and just want music to sleep to.

In the sleep report images, I slept longer than these times provided for example, but the buds had died and thus did not record further. This is the case for most of the days. Unless I only sleep about 7-8 hours, which is not the point of helping with my insomnia (I have to aim for 9 hours), then I get an inaccurate reading.

I purchased the Soundcore Sleep A20 earbuds about 6 months ago, and they have truly transformed my sleep experience.
