Note: To ensure you don't lose your transcription credits, any unretrieved files (e.g., audio and transcription data) are temporarily stored for up to 7 days. We recommend keeping the app open to receive your files right away.

No. Your data will only be uploaded to the cloud if you choose to transcribe or migrate it to the cloud. Once transcription is complete, your data (including audio and transcription content) will be deleted from the cloud. We will not back up or use your data for training without your permission.

-Can others forcibly reset the device and delete recordings? No. Once linked to the app, soundcore Work cannot be reset and stored data cannot be deleted solely using the device. This prevents unauthorized deletion of your data, ensuring secure protection of your content.
-Can others copy my recordings via a data cable? No. The device does not support the exporting of recordings through a data cable, and all locally stored data is encrypted with AES-256. This means recordings cannot be stolen from your device.

1. Lapel Clip Mode You can wear the recorder on your collar or the edge of your clothing. When using, ensure the microphone hole faces outward to ensure better sound pickup. 
2. Pendant Mode  When wearing thick clothing, you can hang the recorder on a necklace and adjust the length of the chain to suit your needs. Note: An adjustable necklace cord is included in the packaging. 
3. Magnetic Attachment Method  Place the recorder in the charging case, which will attach magnetically to the back of your phone. Note: For iPhones, the recorder can be directly attached to the back of the phone. 2. If you wish to reduce battery consumption when soundcore Work is not in use, you can keep the recorder in a stationary state for an extended period (default 24 hours; the soundcore app supports settings of 8, 24, and 48 hours). During this time, the device will enter sleep mode (power off).
3. When the recorder battery level drops to 80%, the charging case will charge the microphone to 100%. Therefore, the charging case will also continue to consume power.

To fix this issue, do the following:

1. Forget the earbuds in your device's Bluetooth settings and restart your Bluetooth device.

2. Fully charge your earbuds and reset them as follows:
- Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the case open.
- After putting on the earbuds,simultaneously press and hold the touch controls on both earbuds for 10 seconds. A reset confirmation tone indicates successful reset.
