Fantastic pick up for the price

The soundcore Anker headphones so far have been a great upgrade for my husband. We listen to a lot of audio books and he is a heavy gamer so headphones are a must in our household. His old headphones were causing him to get headaches because of how they sat on his ears. These he says actually go around his ears so its not constant pressure on his ears. He has been using them almost non stop since they arrived and says the audio is crisp and clear. They connected almost instantly to both his phone and computer. Out of the box they had a charge already he used them for almost 4 days without needing to charge them. That was at least 4 hours each day on some days far more. He works on vehicles and was able to wander around the garage using these with his phone connected laying on the work bench. He says the noise canceling is also very nice.

Sound is excellent, value is high

"When it comes to headphones, for me, it's all about the music and comfort. Let me get the easy part out of the way. All the materials feel premium. I don't know what the material is, but it feels great on the head and in the hand. The ear cups are deep enough to not touch my ears. There is more than enough adjustment in the headband and has small detents for that repeatable perfect fit. Clamping force is just the way I like it. The branding is understated, no logo on the ear cups, no funky graphics. It's understated and classy.IMHO the default tuning on these is a 10 out of 10 if you like a lively, punchy v shape tuning - which I do. I have a set of headphones that cost twice as much and out of the box they did not sound as good as these. Of course this is mostly personal preference. I have a fairly wide range of music interested and I haven't found anything that didn't sound good on these guys. Plenty of boom, good resolution and treble that is crispy without being fatiguing. Of course the very competent app has an 8 band equalizer so that should cover any different preferences you have, plus you can save presets for different music. The ANC is top tier as is the battery life. The microphones are the best I have. The ability to shut out noise like traffic or lawn equipment and have a normal conversation is pretty crazy. I have never heard anything like it. Oddly these don't come with a hard case which was surprising for such an otherwise premium headphone. Personally, that doesn't matter at all to me (maybe that's why they put the money somewhere else). I think this is Soundcore's flagship model. The audio prompts for connection and ANC modes are tones not the little Anime girl recordings, these take longer to learn but sound more sophisticated.I certainly can understand someone not wanting to spend 200 dollars on a pair of headphones but if that is within your budget I have a hard time imagining you not liking these. Sound and ability to isolate your voice is excellent, value is high!"

Just as comfortable as the Space One Pro for large ears. Everything sounds great but the app is having trouble with iOS 27. Hopefully it won’t take too long to fix the issues.

Comfortable and BASSY. App is a blessing and a curse.

First, though the Space 2 Pro are rather plain and unassuming in appearance, these are the most light-weight and comfortable headphones I've ever owned. For me, the over-ear fit is just perfect and the headband is nicely padded and quite comfortable. I've even fallen asleep with them on my head the past couple nights. The passive noise isolation is really excellent. In fact, it's so good that for most situations ANC isn't even needed. So far I've only needed the ANC to cancel that last bit of droning engine noise when riding in a car, which it does very well. Transparency mode is underwhelming. It does let you hear ambient sounds (it's like anti-ANC), but the sound quality is a bit hollow and unnatural. The first thing that stands out with the stock sound configuration is that it's VERY bassy. These headphones are made to *thump* and I mean--you can feel it! At full throttle it's like having your ears boxed. If big bass is your thing you may love these, but to me it feels overdone and unbalanced. There are ways to mitigate this with either a custom EQ through your streaming service or by accessing the extra flexibility provided by the Anker app. I did a bit of both, but the tuning remains on the bassy/thumpy side.Speaking of the app--they've made it so you really have to download it if you want to change anything or use any of the more advanced features. A review of the headphones has to say something about the app because, well...you're gonna need it. The Play Store reviews aren't great. There are several complaints about excessive ads, useless features, connection failures and privacy concerns. I did not experience any of that. You can skip the account creation, skip the AI setup and go right on to configuring the buttons and using the EQ presets. Honestly, I was expecting a hassle but I found it quite easy and didn't get served a single ad in the process. I chose to disable Transparency mode and set the NC button to simply cycle ANC on and off with a single press and toggle between two EQ presets with a double press. I also enabled Nap mode (convenient white noise generator) with the multifunction button. I can see how some people could be annoyed by all the bloat that comes with an app to control a pair of headphones, though. Personally, I have no interest in any of the AI features (which, granted, are fairly extensive) at this time though the real-time translation may be useful at some point. The headphones remember how you configure the buttons but you will need to create an account if you want to save any custom EQ's or use the AI stuff. I chose to uninstall the app after I had everything configured the way I wanted.Overall: Comfort = ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, Sound = ⭐⭐⭐, App = ⭐⭐⭐

Best True Wireless Headphones Under $200

The latest generation of Anker's Space Pro flagship series is here, and as a headphone fanatic, I was happy to test it.The sound quality is very good. Not quite at the level of the very best products from Sennheiser, Sony, or Bose, but considering the fact that the Soundcore are priced at about half the cost of those headphones, they are an amazing value. And the potential of the sound quality is maximized by the features, like the advanced Bluetooth 6.1 chip, the inclusion of the LDAC codec for high resolution music files, and the ability to tune the frequency response with custom eq from the Soundcore app.Comfort, fit, and appearance are all superb. I have larger ears and wear glasses and the pads still provided great isolation and comfort. The headband does not cause aches after prolonged use.Noise cancellation is extremely good. Anker brags about how well the ANC microphones double for voice calls and I agree they are at least as good as any that I have heard. It would be nice if they had a user replaceable battery (as the German brands now do), and it would be nice if they came with a high quality hardshell case for travel, but at this price, "you can't have everything.". The tradeoffs are reasonable. These are the best value, dollar-for-dollar, at the listed price, of any Bluetooth over-ear headphone now available. The build quality is excellent. Best headphone $200 can buy. Highly recommended.
