I really like the sound and feel. I work outside, inside, basements, attics, etc. I need to hear my surroundings and clear calls. Works great! I have to turn off the touch controls, too sensitive, so unfortunately I have to control using my phone. No longer seem to charge up after 4 months of use in the summer with sweat and dirt. Connectors seem to come of and won’t charge properly. I clean ends and case and after charging for a long period I get 10 percent. Sometimes only my left will charge to 60.

While I really enjoy the openness of the earbuds, they are entirely too sensitive to any touch. I have had to turn off all touch options, and I still get beeps in my ears occasionally. They should be 20 percent less sensitive, then they would be good.

I have been attempting to find a balance between good sound quality and reduced ear discomfort from earbuds, and these are undoubtedly a significant improvement. I have tried earbuds from Samsung, Sony, and other brands that do not completely fit in the ear. However, these are, by far, the most exceptional earbuds I have ever owned!
