don't charge past 60%

I liked the sound right out of the box and love how comfortable they are. the ear buds work ok. huge downside and next time I will do more investigating prior to any purchases of soundcore devices as I have tried all of the tips on the support page but the earbuds will never charge over 60%. The battery use standard from their advertisement is 4hrs use with ANC so they are pretty useless for using on a plane or they barely work at all.
