Operation

1. Go into the app and press 'Update Firmware’.
2. Motion+ will restart twice during the installation process.
- It will automatically restart after the first Bluetooth upgrade.
- During the second upgrade the power light will flash for about 10 seconds and then automatically restart.

Hold the Bluetooth and Volume+ buttons down at the same time for 5-10 seconds until Motion+ restarts.

Charging

If you haven't charged or used Motion+ in a long time the battery may have over-discharged. Charge for at least one hour before turning on.

Charging when powered on:
- Steady red light while charging
- Steady white light when fully charged

Charging when powered off:
- Steady red light when charging
- Light turns off when fully charged

Bluetooth

1. Clear all the pairing records on your device.
2. Turn the Bluetooth on and off on your device.
3. Hold down the Bluetooth and Volume+ button at the same time for 5-10 seconds until Motion+ restarts.
4. Search for Motion+ in your device's Bluetooth menu and pair.

1. Avoid placing any electronics devices in between the two Motion+ speakers when they are in stereo pairing mode.
2. Ensure the distance between the two speakers is no greater than 16 ft /5 m.
3. Put the master speaker on the right and the secondary speaker on the left.

MacBook:
1. Open 'Bluetooth' in settings and find 'soundcore Motion+' in the list of available devices.
2. Connect Motion+ to your MacBook.
3. Open 'Sound' to confirm that the Motion+ is the default for all sound. If it is not the default, change the settings.

Windows Laptops:
1. Open 'Bluetooth' in settings and find 'soundcore Motion+' in the list of available devices.
2. Connect Motion+ to your laptop.
3. Open 'Sound' to confirm that the Motion+ is the default for all sound.

Sound

Go to the EQ settings in the soundcore App and adjust as needed.

Update firmware to the latest version via the soundcore app.

BassUp is a separate EQ mode on Motion+. Use the soundcore App to switch back to your Custom EQ setting.

Ensure you are facing the microphone when making calls. It is located next to the BassUp button.

possibly the best portable speaker you could buy at this price. i bought mine over a year ago and use it every single day. it gets loud, sounds good, has great bass, good battery life, and its water resistant. i use mine in the shower at the pool in the rain and no issues here and it still sounds great.

Best portable speaker I’ve ever owned

I’ve had the Motion+ for a few years now. It is my go to speaker for just about everything. It punches way above its weight class in almost every application. It isn’t loud or punchy enough to be my speaker for outdoor movie listening or large crowds but I never expected it to be such. For every other application it is the perfect portable speaker. I can’t say how many times it has been both useful and also a joy to listen to. Use the app to tweak the sound and you’ll never go wrong. I wish I had two or three of these. My kids always borrow it because they love it too! Listening to Dreams by Fleetwood Mac and the crispness of the cymbal hits and other drum parts is mind blowing on this speaker. Get one…or two!
