The reason I choose these headphones and sang their praises is because they do the all the things I was looking for:
- dual Bluetooth connection, so I can listen to music on my phone and seamlessly answer a teams call on my laptop (not always seamlessly)
- have a optional plug in for when I'm on a plane or when the dual Bluetooth is being wonky and I can plug in on the laptop
-over the ear and noise cancelling, so coworkers can know I'm listening or talking to someone (not hidden earbuds) and I don't hear the babble of open floor office 🙃
So it was a dream come true! Until it wasn't. The problem is that the headphones band started to crack near the ear cuff. Taped helped keep it, and yes I've always put it in the case. This happened maybe a year after usage and now I'm on year 3
I saw another Q35 on an auction site and I was like dope! Guess what, this one has the same crack near the same place.
This seems to be an issue with this model. Sad bc they're my fave headphones
There are no complaints about the sound quality and software. After 8 months of use, the headphones served well. But then the holder of the left earphone broke. We purchased them from an official dealer. The warranty repair or replacement was denied. The headphones were stored and used carefully.
I’ve thrown across slammed on the floor bent over stiff barbells dropped on concrete dropped down a flight of stairs and still perfect quality headphones all that broke were the sides but tape fixes that but the audio still sounds brand new buy these if you go through headphones fast
