Worked well for a year and a half, and then the left earbud sound significantly dropped. It seems a common default happening as I found multiple articles online referring to the same issue. I tried some of the fixes proposed (resetting, hard cleaning, changing the balance...), but none of them worked. The issue is the same on any devices it is paired with. So I am left with being able to use only one earbud at a time, which is useless.
For the warranty note, my 18 months warranty expired on April 3rd, and the left earbud stopped working on April 5th...
Only a year and a half of functioning for a "long-lasting" product is rather frustrating, so it is 2 stars for me.

It was good while it lasted, but I got them 2 years ago and they only work for like half an hour after getting them out of the case now. This much deterioration in battery life is unacceptable, especially as the warranty is 18 months, so after two years you can basically throw them in the trash. Never buying anything from soundcore again.

These gave been fantastic for me. The sound quality is great for day to day use. I use them often to talk over the phone outside in noisy environments, and the noise cancellation is just crazy good! Highly recommend these. PS: I don't listen to music.
