How do I reset A3i?

1. Place the earbuds into the charging case and keep the lid open.

When resetting the earbuds, make sure the earbuds are well connected with the case, or it may cause the reset to fail. The LED will flash to indicate that they are properly connected (when the earbuds are placed in the charging case, the LED flashes white for 3 seconds).

What should I do if any of the following problems occur?
- Cannot pair or reconnect with my device.

What should I do if A3i disconnects or the sound is choppy?

Please note that this doesn't necessarily mean there is an issue with the earbuds but may have something to do with the connected device and environment. Bluetooth signals may be influenced by obstructions such as walls, pillars, home appliances, Wi-Fi, and more. To ensure a stable connection, we recommend avoiding such obstructions.
To fix this issue, please try the following:
1. Fully charge and reset your earbuds as stated below and pair them again:
- Place the earbuds into the charging case and keep the case open.
- Press and hold the button on the charging case for 10 seconds until the LED indicator on the charging case flashes red 3 times. This confirms that the reset is successful.
2. Check the earbuds by listening to downloaded music/video.
3. Check the earbuds with another Bluetooth device in a different environment to see if it works well.

What should I do if there is a Bluetooth related issue (cannot be paired / disconnected) when connected to a computer?

1. Fully charge and reset your earbuds as stated below:

This feature is currently not supported.
If you want to pair A3i with a second device, please use one of the following methods:
- Turn off Bluetooth on your current device so the earbuds enter pairing mode.

1. Place the earbuds back into the charging case and keep the lid open.
2. To enter pairing mode, press and hold the button on the case for 3 seconds until the LED indicator flashes white quickly.
Please do not remove the earbuds from the case before pairing them with the second device.

What should I do if A3i is not found on soundcore App?

1. Download soundcore version 2.9.9 or later from the App Store (If you already have the soundcore app, we recommend that you uninstall and then download it again. Overwriting the installation is not recommended).
2. Pair your earbuds with your phone. Currently, the soundcore app does not support computers.
3. Open the app, click "Add Device" on the left page, and the app will automatically connect to the earbuds (the first time you enter the app, you must agree to enable location permissions).
4. If the connection fails, click Set up Manually > Life Series > A3i on the page to check whether it can be added manually (if you can't find the device's model on this page, you can take a screenshot).
5. Uninstall and reinstall the app.
If trying the steps above still does not work, provide the phone's model, app version, screenshot in step 4, Bluetooth name, and the region of the mobile phone. (Search for the region on the phone settings page. If there is no region in the settings, search for language).

Note: In a noisy environment and at high volume, you may feel that the noise cancellation performance is not as strong.

How do I power the earbuds on and off?

4. Regularly clean the charging pins on the earbuds and charging case.
5. Keep the ear tips clean, and regularly clean the metal mesh filter under the rubber ear tips with a bit of rubbing alcohol.
6. If A3i comes into contact with liquid, use a hairdryer in 'Cool' setting to dry the case.

Why is there no response when I touch my A3i?

1. Note that A3i only has physical buttons. You should "Press" and not "Touch" the panel.
2. The button is below the "d" logo, make sure you are pressing the right spot.

Are there any tips for upgrading A3i's firmware?

Fantastic earbuds

I have used mine for over a year. Of the 3 bt earbuds I have, I use these the most. Great in ear fit, comfortable. Theres also about a million replacement tips avalaible out there. Sound is great, there's a companion app, but most importantly, the physical buttons are insanely practical. No accidental presses when putting them in, or brushing away something from my hair. I do not want touch enabled earbuds ever again. Looking forward to the new generation of these.

Really good mid budget earbuds.

Sound quality is acceptable for the price although I would prefer just a touch more volume. The bass response is not too bad and the mid and treble response not too tinny at all. In my opinion, they are not quite on a par with my Apple wired earbuds, but the lack of wires is what I wanted, so I consider this a good compromise.

The App adds good value and allows good control of sound via the 22 Equalizer settings (especially though if you decided to set your own preference. The ability to change your control touch preferences is a real bonus.

Bluetooth pairing is seamless on apple iPhone 11 and 14 and also on a budget MP3 player. I like the fact that pressing both control buttons for a couple of seconds repairs instantly if you get the very occasional drop out from distance or just after removing from the charge box.

Noise cancellation is more like noise reduction, but they do drop the ambient noise down when some sound being played. As a comparison, although considerably more expensive, my Bose over ear phones do noise cancel as soon as they are powered up without playing sound. These buds don't seem to do that.

Fit is good once you have selected and fitted the correct cushions, and I suspect they will take moderate exercise without falling out.

All in all these buds do what is advertised.
