soundcore K20i

I purchased this product about a year ago and was amazed at the low price and good quality AT FIRST. After about a month the sound quality in the left ear started to rapidly decrease, my friend also experienced a similar problem but his became so quiet in both ears he could hear barely anything at all! We both filed a warranty claim and received new ones within a week. They were also great quality AT FIRST - and then I experienced the exact same problem, in addition these new ones play music the same volume inside my ear as they do outside my ear providing little privacy and making me unable to listen to music in many situations. Hi. A have a problem with left one.
I have two pairs of headphones and in both cases I have the same error, after a month the left earphone plays much quieter. I thought this problem was only with one pair, but unfortunately when I bought the second one it turned out to be the same.

I was really impressed with the Soundcore K20i during the first few days. The sound quality was solid, and the microphone worked well too. Unfortunately, after a short period of use, the volume suddenly dropped significantly and I couldn’t figure out why. I tried resetting the earbuds to factory settings, cleaning them, and even troubleshooting, but the issue persisted.

It’s frustrating because the initial experience was great, but the sudden drop in volume without any clear cause really dampened my overall satisfaction

it’s have been with me for 4 months and sounds good and battery also magnificent but i have only 1 issue when i get calls it disconnected me suddenly for 15 seconds and then get to the caller and start speak and when i get start any voice message disconnecting me for 7 seconds and then connect again i hope you get us some updates through the soundcore app👏
