Very Frustrating

I bought these to replace my Bose Sleep buds. I am very dissatisfied. I find the app and the owner’s manual very confusing to navigate. They are uncomfortable for side sleeping. I can’t find anything in the manual on how to turn down the volume in sleep mode. I wish I’d never bought them. The manual just doesn’t make any sense. The pictures don’t correspond to what I’m seeing on the app. I updated the firmware. For example, in the manual it says in “My Library” you can transfer sleep tracks. I can’t even find “My Library”
I do not recommend these buds. I am trying to get my money back. Very Poed.

I can't use the earbuds cause they wont let me through the NDIS. They are prejudiced.

I would love to use these earbuds, they would help a lot with my sleep, Unfortunately I have not been able to due to the fact that soundcore, this retailer, will not provide to NDIS patients. Me being one of them. I am trying to get the earbuds through assistive technology in my NDIS plan and they are making it very difficult, which is disheartening.

Better than Bose

I had the Bose sleepbuds and purchased rhem twice. I was annoyed when they were discontinued but to be fair I had many issues with them.

I found the a20 soundcore and to my happiness these are way better than Bose. I love that it has the Bluetooth option unlike Bose.

I am annoyed with the app changes though. When I originally got it, the app had so much choice to customise the sounds then an update was done and all that functionality disappeared. Why???

I also find that one ear fits perfectly and the other doesn't. I'm constantly fiddling with the earpieces to get it to fit comfortably and I'm on the largest piece cover.

Actually unbearable

Too hard uncomfortable to wear side sleeping and the music literally doesn't help with sleep. Need softer and anc .. definitely DONT BUY

They work as descriped however the sound quality is terrible
