What’s the IP rating of Liberty 2 Pro?
Liberty 2 Pro comes with IPX4, which can resist sweat. In order to protect the electronics inside and ensure the best sound quality, we suggest you wipe away sweat after use and not use in wet conditions.
Does Liberty 2 Pro support active noise cancellation?

How can I adjust Liberty 2 Pro's volume via the earbuds?
1. Go to the Apple Appstore or Google Play to download the Soundcore App.
2. Pair your device with Liberty 2 Pro.
3. Open the Soundcore App to connect with your Liberty 2 Pro.
4. Click on the Custom Command button in the lower right corner to enter the Custom Command page.
5. Customise the settings according to your preferences; choose to double-click or hold for 1s to control volume up/volume down, then use the settings to adjust the volume.
Note: Customised commands are not available in Mono mode.

How does the earphone switch from master to slave?
- The right earbud is the default master side, while the left is the slave.
- While listening to music, if you turn off the right earbud by putting it into the charging case and closing it OR holding down the button on the right side for 5s, the left earbud will automatically become the master.
- If you'd like to use the left earbud only when making calls, you can turn off the right earbud or hold down the button on the left side for 1s to switch the left earbud to the master while the right side is on.
- While listening to music, if you turn off the right earbud by putting it into the charging case and closing it OR holding down the button on the right side for 5s, the left earbud will automatically become the master.

How do I clean Liberty 2 Pro?
1. Clean the contact pins using a clean cloth dipped in alcohol-based disinfectant. Put the cloth on the end of a toothpick for precise cleaning.
2. Clean the metal filter with a dry cotton swab. Remove any debris from the metal filter with a clean, dry, soft-bristled brush.
3. Do not use sharp objects or abrasive materials to clean Liberty 2 Pro.

A full charge takes up to 1.5 hours.

What should I do if the earbuds don’t take a charge from the charging case or turn on when I take them out of the charging case?
1. Confirm the charging case has power left (press the button on the case and note if an LED is illuminated).
2. Remove all protective film from charging contact pins and ensure all charging contact pins on the earbuds and charging case are completely clean and dry of sweat and water. Then put earbuds correctly into the case.

Why won't my wireless charging pad work with Liberty 2 Pro?
1. Make sure your wireless charging pad is Qi-certified.
2. The most effective wireless charging area is on the center of the bottom of the case. Make sure this area is aligned with the charging pad.

Why are there two LEDs flashing on the charging case when it is opened or closed?
- After the box is closed, the left and right LEDs flash to indicate that the left and right earphones are in contact with the pins in the case. If only one of the lights is displayed, it indicates that the earbud in the corresponding position is in good contact with the pin, whereas the other earbud is either not in the case or is not making contact with the pin.

Bluetooth
Can Liberty 2 Pro be paired with multiple devices at the same time?
This feature is currently not supported.
If you want to pair Liberty 2 Pro with a second device, please use one of the following methods:
Turn off Bluetooth on the current device, the earbuds will enter into pairing mode.
Or
Place the earbuds back into charging case and keep the case open, tap and hold the button at the back of the case for 3 seconds until the right earbud's LED flashes white rapidly. The earbuds will disconnect from the current device and enter pairing mode.

1. If you are in a busy place, ensure your phone is on your right side when using Liberty 2 Pro.

Why does Liberty 2 Pro still connect to my device when they are in the charging case?
- Liberty 2 Pro only disconnect from your device when the charging case is fully closed. When the case is opened they will appear in your device's Bluetooth menu.
- The button on the earbuds won't work when the earbuds are being charged in the case.
- If they still connect to your device after the charging case cover is closed, make sure the earbuds are in the correct postion and clean the contact pins.

Why is the paired name sometimes Liberty 2 Pro, while sometimes it is Liberty 2 Pro-L?
- As the buds support Master/Slave switch, both of them can be paired to your phone as a master device. When the right earbud is the master, the Bluetooth name is Liberty 2 Pro, when left earbud is the master the Bluetooth name is Liberty 2 Pro-L.
- If you would like to use the left side only, please put the right side in the charging case and close the charging case cover. Select "Liberty 2 Pro-L" to pair.

What will happen if I release the button on the App halfway through the HearID test?
- HearID tests both your left and right ears over approximately 5 minutes. Do not release the button during the test to ensure that the test is completed successfully.

Why are some functions such as voice assistant automatically triggered during the HearID test?
It is caused by pressing the buttons on the earbuds. Do not touch the earbuds during the HearID test to make sure it isn't interrupted.

The product must not be disposed of in your household waste, and should be delivered to an appropriate collection facility for recycling. Follow local rules and never dispose of old products and rechargeable batteries in your normal household waste.
