  • What should I do if earbuds still connect to my device when they are in the case and closed?
    1. Clean the charging pins with a dry cloth and an alcohol-based disinfectant. This is to ensure all charging contact pins on the earbuds and charging case are completely clean and dry of sweat and water. Then put the earbuds correctly into the case.
    2. Put the earbuds in the charging case, close the cover first, wait for 6 seconds, and then open the cover.
  • What should I do if the earbuds keep disconnecting or sound is constantly being interrupted?
Please note that this doesn't necessarily mean there is an issue with the earbuds, but may have something to do with the connected device and environment. Bluetooth signals may be influenced by obstructions, such as walls, pillars, home appliances, Wi-Fi, and more. To ensure a stable connection, we recommend avoiding such obstructions:

We kindly ask you to try the following troubleshooting as they have often proven to help:
    1. Try reducing the distance between your right earbud and your audio device, like having your audio device in your right pocket or keeping it on your right side. Your right earbud is the master (main) earbud. It connects to your audio device and to the left earbud.
    2. Reset the earbuds as per the following steps:
    - Delete the pairing history from your Bluetooth device.
    - Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the case open. Press and hold the reset button on the charging case for 10 seconds until the LED indicators on the charging case start to scroll and then stay on for 5 seconds. At this time, your earbuds have been successfully reset.
    3. Reset your Bluetooth connection by turning off the Bluetooth from your device (phone/tablet/etc.) for at least 10 seconds and then turning it back on. Please note, turning Bluetooth off and back on quickly will not reset the connection.
    4. Try closing any other apps you are not using on your device.
    5. Test the earbuds by listening to downloaded music/videos.
    6. Please try with another device (phone/tablet/etc.) and see if the issue is the same.
  • What should I do if there is a delay between the earbuds and the device?
It's important to note that there may be a slight delay when using any type of Bluetooth audio device, which is a common limitation of Bluetooth technology. In most cases this delay is minimal and should not impact your experience. However, it's worth mentioning that the delay can be influenced by various factors such as the
Bluetooth audio device itself, the connected device, the audio source, the specific application being used, and even the network conditions.
To fix this issue, please try the following:
    1. "Forget" the earbuds in your device's Bluetooth history. Reboot your Bluetooth device such as your phone or computer.
    2. Make sure the charging case has enough power, and reset the earbuds as per the steps below:
    - Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the case open.
    - Press and hold the reset button on the charging case for 10 seconds until the LED indicators on the charging case start to scroll and then stay on for 5 seconds. At this time, your earbuds have been successfully reset.

When resetting the earbuds, make sure the earbuds are well properly connected to the charging case, or it may cause the reset to fail. When you place the left and right earbuds in the charging case, there will be white LED indicators in the charging case which confirm the earbuds are properly connected to it.

If the indicators in the charging case don't light up, please check whether the charging case and earbuds are properly connected, have enough power, and clean the charging pins with a dry cloth.

    3. Test your earbuds with a different Bluetooth device, app, and/or downloaded music/videos to see if the problem still persists.
    4. Make sure the Bluetooth device and earbuds are within Bluetooth range, and there is no signal interference between them.
  • What should I do if I experience sound leakage?
First and foremost, the open-sound headphones are designed to deliver a more natural and expansive soundstage, coupled with a comfortable wearing experience. This design permits some ambient noise to seep in, allowing you to stay aware of your surroundings while indulging in your music. This feature proves particularly useful for outdoor activities or situations where it's crucial to be mindful of environmental sounds.

However, a byproduct of this design is the "sound leakage" issue. It's not a flaw in the product's quality, but rather a natural occurrence associated with the open-sound design. This might result in others hearing some sound at high volumes, but under normal volumes, this should seldom happen.

  • How do I clean the earbuds and charging case?
To clean the earbuds: Regularly use rubbing alcohol and a cotton swab to clean the sound outlet and charging pins. • What should I do if there is a delay between the earbuds and the device?

To fix this issue, please try the following: 1. "Forget" the earbuds in your device's Bluetooth history. Reboot your Bluetooth device such as your phone or computer. 2. Make sure the charging case has enough power, and reset the earbuds as per the steps below: - Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the case open. - Press and hold the reset button on the charging case for 10 seconds until the LED indicators on the charging case start to scroll and then stay on for 5 seconds.

    • Tips for Daily Maintenance of soundcore AeroFit Earbuds.
      1. Ensure the earbuds are clean. You should clean your earbuds after exercising or sweating to avoid bacterial growth; 2. The materials of our headphones are carefully selected, but a select few people may have an adverse reaction to some specific materials. If you experience any unusual discomfort, or your skin feels irritated while wearing soundcore AeroFit earbuds, immediately stop using them and contact soundcore customer support for further assistance.
    • How do I clean the earbuds and charging case?
To clean the earbuds: Regularly use rubbing alcohol and a cotton swab to clean the sound outlet and charging pins. If possible, please try to use a bulb blower to clean the earbuds - air will be pushed into the port/filter, and the dust/dirt inside the earbuds can loosen and extract debris, then use a cotton swab or toothpick to remove them. To clean the charging case: Use regular cleaning wipes or a soft cloth with rubbing alcohol to gently clean the charging case.

Awesome!

First of all, I want to start by saying that before these, I'd never owned any soundcore products. Because I'd not heard much about the brand, I was a bit hesitant to try them, but because I got them almost 50% off and needed a pair of open-ear earbuds, I decided to give them a shot. I'm very glad that I did! I have some points that I'd like to touch on, to give more perspective:I had absolutely no issues with the fit with these, and I don't consider myself to have "small" ears. That being said, it does take some adjusting to get them to sit correctly on your ears comfortably. Not a big deal, but takes a couple extra seconds. The ear hooks are very comfortable and don't cause any fatigue or irritation. They're super lightweight, so much so that I found myself "flexing" my ears or lifting them, to try and hold the hooks on and keep them from falling off, although this really wasn't necessary, just something I had to get used to not doing, telling myself that they were secure and fine, and to relax my ears. The sound is great, and the app is nice because it shows you the battery percentage of each ear piece as well as the case. You can customize the sound with their EQ, and the sound is great for me without needing to do that. Some people said the sound sucked, well, it doesn't suck. It's actually great, considering the "kind" of earphones you're using. You're not going to get deep bass or rich, complex sound with open-ears. However, I did not notice a "huge" difference between the sound with these vs traditional earbuds. It was different, but not at all bad. I used them on the treadmill at the gym, and they're great for sound, I was still able to focus on the music and drown out some sounds. But if people were talking on the treadmills next to me, i could easily hear it and become distracted. I do think that these are better for outside activity, where you definitely need the situational awareness. I'm looking forward to using them while running outside when it warms up, because previously I was using a single earbud on my runs and didn't hear all of the sounds my songs had to offer because of it. Some other points- I find it odd that these are marketed as everyday earphones while the "pro" are marketed as the active version, when that's simply false. These are ipx7 rated whereas the pro are, I believe, ipx4 rated. Ipx4 isn't bad at all, but as a heavy sweater and a runner, I was definitely going for the ipx7 and they are also cheaper! So if you're a heavy sweater or plan to get these wet, get these instead and save yourself some money!Overall, I'd say this: these are pretty great but aren't practical in many situations. They're great for outdoor running or exercise. I probably wouldn't pay the retail price for them, but am extremely happy with them at the price I got them for. If you're in need of these type of earphones, these are an excellent option.

My name is Alexander Delgado I am going to college. I run the track every day of the week. While I am there its silent, I learned that Soundcore is offering a try me before I buy it. It's my luck day. Quiet time is over for me. I want to run the track while I listen to music. I rate 5 stars.

Great sound and functionality, but they can inch with prolonged use

Some days I can wear these for hours, other days they hurt the cartridge in my ear after 20 minute. Either way they pair and switch between devices easily and they sound great. Batter life is solid, I have traveled with them and used them on and off for hours on end without recharging the case or getting a low battery alert from the headphones. Your mileage may vary on how well they fit your ears. These are NOT noise canceling headphones, I don’t know why Amazon asks to rate on that. They are open ear so they never sound super loud and they don’t block out any outside noice, BY DESIGN. It’s one of the reasons I go them, so I can walk and talk or listen to podcasts, etc., and not have the people or traffic noises blocked out so I can stay safe and aware of my surroundings.

Not enough volume

This product has a good look and overall feel. It seemed comfortable enough. But trying to wear these in a commercial gym proved they are useless, even at 100% max volume they could not be heard. If you only need them for a quiet office setting they’d be a great fit.I was shopping for new gym headphones as my plantronics I bought many years ago aren’t holding a charge well anymore. But these at 100% wouldn’t be equivalent to 50% on the old ones.I simply have to keep looking.

Not a good fit for me

The sound was great when I held the speaker over my ear canal. However, I was not able to adjust them so that they stay postponed correctly on my ear. I wish these would have worked out for me.
