This is my second pair of P20i ear buds. The first pair wouldn't charge. I had higher hopes for the second pair but sadly no better than the first pair. It could be me but charging a pair of speakers - how hard can it be? I find the left ear bud does not charge properly. It says 100% but then when you start to use them you get the audible message - battery low! Yes, I have cleaned the connectors. Maybe it's the build quality, they are not the most expensive but regardless of price they should still work properly.
I honestly don't understand why I'm being asked to review a product that I still haven't received. I placed my order on 7 June, and today is 28 June, yet the replacement is still being packed with no tracking information available.
After multiple emails, I was informed that the two P20i earbuds have not even been dispatched yet. Asking customers for a product review before they have the product makes no sense and reflects poorly on the overall customer experience.
I can't review the sound quality or the product itself because I don't have it. At this point, the only thing I can review is the disappointing delivery process and the unnecessary delays. Hopefully, I'll actually receive my order before being asked to review it again.
