FAQ
Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) does not work when the cord (AUX cable) is plugged in! So if you’re flying and want to watch movies - noise cancelling does not work. Don’t bother with these. Better options out there.

Bought 3 items.
1 turned up as should.
The other 2 weren't even packaged.
Just a delivery label slapped on them.
Even the seals were tampered with and now customer services arent responding.
If this is the sort of service a big company provides, id suggest you dont lead into the hype and shop other brands.
The head phones work well and I am very pleased with their performance BUT unfortunately the ear pads have split and there is no padding so they are uncomfortable to wear. If you could supply me with new padding I would be extremely grateful.
These headphones have a known issue where the plastic on the inside of the headband breaks. They lasted 3 years for me before they broke. There is a whole chain on Reddit of affected customers. Also the leatherette on the ear cups started to flake. The ANC is also not that good. I have a pair of £40 in ear ANC soundpeats t3 that are way better and still going strong. Spend your money elsewhere! I picked up a pair of used Bose qc35 for £85 and couldn’t be happier.
