Motion 300 Portable Bluetooth Speaker

I first had to do some reading and youtube and reddit to get the gist of how to use the EQ adjustments. I imagine if someone in the know were to see my settings they would be amused; BUT trial and error and patience paid off! My settings literally look like a constellation, haha, but I am very blessed to have found a small speaker that allows for adjustments. I took away most of the bass from the factory settings leaving just enough. I increased the mid range levels to give more clarity to voices. And lastly I set the high notes just enough where I couldn't hear any hiss on the Ss. The results are far better than what I was expecting! There is also a setting to turn off the speaker after so many minutes of not being used.When your speaker arrives go to Google or Apple to download their app. Just type in "Soundcore App." Once you've downloaded the app, open it up and pair it with your speaker. Then just follow a few prompts and you are good to go.If you have someone in your lifewho can show you the ropes on how the settings work you will be way ahead of the game. Took me a while to do the reading and toying with the settings.I am sensitive to sound and I encourage anyone to buy this for themselves or for anyone that they happen to know who would benefit from having individualized settings. This speaker will help those who have age based hearing loss, or ADD & autism spectrum based sound sensitivity. I bought this to use with my iPad because my faithful speaker of 12 years can no longer pair with newer technology- it was made before they started adding enhanced base . This little speaker is ideal if you need, or prefer, more dynamic for different genres of music; or to help you understand dialogue better. I will be using this for audiobooks as well.I'm very excited about this little speaker and I'll highly recommend giving it a try. I just set mine up tonight so obviously I don't know how it will perform over time. It is a solid well designed piece of equipment made out of good materials, with a user-friendly app.

Small size but good sound and very portable. I like it better than the Soundcore Motion 600 I got with it as a combo buy. Sound handles a decent size room - living room - and I'm sure even better if paired with another. If not picky (audiophile), this will work for you. Good life on the battery as well.

I listen to a lot of audio books and this speaker helps me particularly when I'm in the kitchen. The sound is great. I took the time to play some music also. Very good. This was in my price range and I'm quite satisfied. (Btw, I also have ear buds through SoundCore-which I also have high praise for).
