Confirm that both the charging case and the earbuds have sufficient power. 3. Clean the charging pins using a dry cloth to remove any dirt or debris that may hinder the charging process.

If the earbuds are already connected to two devices, how do I connect them to another device?

There are two methods. Method 1: Disconnect a single Bluetooth connection: 1. Turn off Bluetooth on the Bluetooth device itself. 2. Access the Bluetooth settings on one device and disconnect the earbuds from the list of available devices. Then, you can press and hold the charging case button for 3 seconds until the LED strip flashes white rapidly. This action will put the earbuds into the pairing state. Lack of audio playback after connecting to my device. 5. Failure to automatically connect with my device upon removing from the charging case.

    1. Make sure the protective film below the earbud has been removed. 2. Reboot the Bluetooth device (e.g., phone or computer). If either earbud is successfully placed back into the case, the LED strip will light up white and then go off. 4. Turn on Bluetooth and search for soundcore Sport X20 and pair. 5. Bluetooth signals may be influenced by obstructions, such as walls, pillars, home appliances, Wi-Fi, and more. To ensure a stable connection, we recommend avoiding such obstructions. To fix this issue, please try the following: 1. 1. Ensure that the ear tips are not blocking the charging pins on the earbuds and in the charging case. Make sure that the earbuds are connected to the charging case. If you place the left and right earbuds in the charging case and the LED indicators on the charging case flash white, it means they are connected properly. 2. Use a dry cloth or cotton swab with a bit of rubbing alcohol to clean the charging pins in the charging case and on the earbuds to ensure a better connection. 3. Charge your charging case with a different charging cable and wall charger, and make sure the charging case has enough power. How should care for and maintain soundcore Sport X20?

    1. Don't leave the earbuds unused for extended periods. It is recommended to use them at least once a month. A completely discharged battery can lead to over-discharging, which affects the battery life. 2. Try not to use the earbuds until the remaining battery is only 20% or wait until low battery shutdown before charging. This also greatly impacts the battery life. 3. The charging case should not be in a state of red light or no power for a long time. When storing, it should be in a state indicated by a white light. 4. Clean the earbuds and the charging pins of the charging case promptly after use, as well as the speaker outlet and ear caps (It is recommended to clean the charging pins at least once or twice a month using a cotton swab or cloth dipped in rubbing alcohol). 5. Store them on a dry desktop. If they accidentally come into contact with liquid, use a hairdryer on the cold setting to dry them.

How do I wear soundcore Sport X20?

    1. Pull or rotate the ear hook to the wearing state. 2. Place the earbuds' body into the concha cavity (the largest depression on the surface of the auricle) and choose an appropriate size of ear tips to create a tight seal. 3. Lift and bend the ear hooks around your ears for a secure and comfortable fit. For a more comfortable wearing experience, hold the stems of the adjustable and rotatable ear hooks and stretch them to an appropriate length. 4. Try other sizes of ear tips to ensure the size you're using fits well and creates a tight seal. If one of your earbuds doesn't fit well, please try a combination of the ear tips, such as medium in the left and large in the right. 5. Take the Fit Test on the soundcore app to check if you're wearing the earbuds in the perfect position.

    Perfect For Exercise

I felt like I was ruining my high end over the ear headphones by wearing them at the gym. There are way too many choices and price ranges for earbuds. I’m not a certified audiophile, but I am accustomed to high quality audio, and didn’t want to sacrifice that. These are the perfect solution. The sound quality is exceptional for ear buds. There are some differences between them and my nice over ear headphones which is to be expected, but while working out I noticed zero difference in music enjoyment. I also appreciate the option of having a punchy base dialed in.In addition to quality sound at baseline, the soundcore app has a hearing test and music sound preference assessment to create a custom sound profile. I compared my favorite songs with the custom profile, the hip-hop preset, and original preset. I did prefer how songs sounded with the custom assessment profile. The noise cancelling is significant, but not at the level of AirPod pro 2’s. It turns out the noise cancelling level was more than enough to drown out gym noise while listening to music. I can’t hear fans, the spin bike, or the rower while wearing these. The fit is also excellent. I tried $20 earbuds, AirPod pro 2’s, and my premium over ear headphones and these are hands down the most secure. I haven’t adjusted these a single time during a workout after putting them in. They suction seal in your ear, and the over ear hooks are adjustable. They also come with 4 sizes of ear tips.Lastly the case is convenient and nice. I can’t speak to battery life yet, but after a few workouts they are nowhere near needing a charge. Other reviews have mentioned that the “find my device” feature only works if the headphones are out of the case. I haven’t tested that but found that info helpful. For exercise use I’d buy these again 100X over. Don’t waste your money on the more expensive earbuds for the gym. These are everything you need.

    These are pretty good

I went through a phase where I reviewed a whole bunch of budget (meaning under $50) earbuds. These are not under $50, but they also aren't over $200, so I figure I can review them anyway.Pairing - these paired very easily, and they re-paired very easily. I haven't had an issue with them dropping out. These pair when you open the case. You don't have to pull them out of the case.Instructions - are horrible. This comes with a booklet, and you would think there would be instructions in there, but nope. It's a quick start guide and a whole bunch of warnings. In a zillion languages. Also, a barcode to take you to the anker website where the instructions are. And they are still in font size 0.5! So if you make it bigger to read, then you have to move the page all over the screen so you can see it because it's a pdf. If you're old enough to need to read the instructions, you can't see that size font. Also, you would like to see the whole page on the screen. And you'd rather have it in the booklet.Sorry - but for the price of these, this was really something stupid to cheap out on. Anyway...Case/battery - this is a huge case for wireless earbuds, but that's because they have earhooks. It's still small enough to fit in your pocket or lose in a backpack. But it's pretty hefty. These have a pretty good battery life though.Comfort - I'm not used to earhooks, but these are very soft and aren't uncomfortable. This comes with 5 sets of eartips with mediums already installed, and they fit me fine.App - this comes with an app where you can change the controls (yay!) and various sound styles. I prefer "acoustic", even with other types of music. The app is pretty good.Controls - there are clicky buttons! You *know* if you hit the button. Also, the default single tap is play/pause, which is how it should be. If you're weird, you can change it though. There is single tap, double tap, and long press, and you can change from play/pause, volume, track, and noise canceling.Latency - there is no noticeable gap between seeing the mouths move and hearing the voices. When watching video, obviously.Noise canceling - this works pretty well. You can switch between noise canceling, normal, and transparency mode.Sound quality - very good. There is something called "soundcore Signature", but I like "acoustic" better. There's also a thing you can do on the app where you can test your hearing and customize your experience. I tried it, and I think it's fine. I don't know if it made things better than before I did it though. Maybe a little. The sound quality is great for the price point. Highs and lows are strong, and mids don't sound muffled. It's not exactly a you-are-there experience, but it also doesn't sound like you're listening to music behind a wall.TL;DR: I rounded down on this because I'm mad about the instructions being online and a pdf instead of something that resizes to fit your screen, but these are actually pretty good earbuds. I've played with over 100 budget earbuds, and there have been a few that were very close to this for $20+ less. But I can't really think of anything bad about these. Except for the format of the instructions. Because I'm old.

Clear calls, good sound and comfy

I didn't realize Anker had earbuds. I like Anker products so decided to try these out.I like the design of this. Really well made for the price it's at. I like that the case is a charging base and came charged out of the box. It came with the cable and different earbud sizes. The standard ear bud fit me fine so proceeded to test this out.It was easy to pair. The app interface was simple and easy to use. I didn't mess with the EQ but like that there's options to personalize to one's listening preferences. Sound quality for music is nice but I have one sided hearing so mu judgement isn't the best on this. My two sided hearing audiophile husband was impressed with the sound quality and tinkered with it more.Calls came in well. Voice isolation was average and the listener on the other end of my call can hear tapping and othwr ambient noise around.Noise cancellation was adequate but again, with only 1 hearing ear, it was not easy to judge. One can use only one earbud but the app won't let me change the sound settings without undocking the other earbud.I soooo wish they didn't limit that and would allow switching to mono vs stereo. The app seemed like it could easily add features in the future for single sided deaf folks. I understand that their target market isn't folks like me but with the app, it seemed so possible to tweak to us ssd folks too! Wishlist please...Anyway, beyond that, this product works well, priced well and very comfortable. Also looks very nice.

3D surround sound is immersive and exceeded my expectations!

First, I just want to say that I have been a huge Apple fan forever. So much so that I don’t usually stray away from their headphones or any other product. So, if you are at all like me, then you might be a little skeptical about trying a new type or brand of headphones. Now, for the pros:- These Anker SoundCore x20’s feel great when wearing.- I am loving the wind reduction setting, for instance when I was mowing the yard a few days ago I enabled this setting because there was wind interference (I am assuming that this has something to do with the placement of the microphone on the ear bud itself).- The SoundCore app is very easy to use. It was far more detailed than I expected. The 3D surround sound is immersive and I was able to hear details in some of my favorite songs that I had not been able to hear with other headphones.- I also like that you can adjust the EQ and the sound quality right from the SoundCore app.- The noise cancellation is better on these headphones than probably any other headphones I’ve had.- Upon initial set up of the app, you can (and should) do a fit test for the headphones to make sure you get a good seal. I found this to be amazing and very helpful (took a lot of guesswork out of the process and made sound quality better).- The color! The color of the green is almost like a muted sage green, and I’m in love!- The charging case is very sturdy, the button seems very tight and strong and the indicator light is helpful to know when the headphones are charged or need to be charged.Cons:- The charging case is a little big, but this may be less of a “con” and more of a personal opinion.- Wearing headphones with these headphones is going to take some getting used to for me, I’m sure it can be done. But I haven’t had headphones that have gad an ear loop in a very long time, so this is something I will need to get used to.These Anker SoundCore x20 headphones completely exceeded my expectations not only for sound quality but also because you are able to customize your sound in the app, or choose from the presets. The 3D surround sound completely blew me away (in the very obvious difference it made in sound quality). I listen to music a lot, mostly metalcore, metal, heavy metal and djent. These headphones have great highs, lows, mids and adjustable bass which make it perfect for this type of music. I’m sure these sound great with all types of music but I was just giving you an example specific to my experience with this product. I definitely recommend these, they have amazing sound quality and are well made.

Super comfortable earbuds with fantastic sound.

These earbuds are extremely lightweight with an adjustable flexible ear hook, making them extremely comfortable for long wear. These flexible ear hooks extend an extra 4 mm for proper fit. I enjoy excellent sound reproduction from the 11mm dynamic drivers, with deep bass, clear mid range and crisp clean highs. With transparency mode, I will easily be able to hear my surrounding noises for when I ride my E bike. There are control buttons on each earbud, instead of a touch surface, to prevent accidental shifts in play. With Bluetooth 5.3, I’m able to get double the transmission speed, stable connections and lower power consumption. There is a Soundcore app that you can download to change all your modes and settings, There is a noise cancellation mode that works exquisitely. I can get up to 12 hours of playtime with 48 hours of playtime with charges from the case. The case is also very durable and beautiful.
